Amazing customer service, on Saturday I rang & ordered for call & collect, 20 minutes later picked up the paint, tinted perfectly. AJ gave great advice, excellent product knowledge. I thought this service was a thing of the past, will only buy paint from here now. No longer shopping at large unprofessional warehouses.

He spent 20min on the phone answering all my questions related to resurfacing/sealing. Very informative and made a difficult process, easy to understand.

My partner and I after stressing over finding the right paint colour to match the walls of our home, which needed a paint job due to accidental damage, went over to paint spot Craigieburn this Saturday in hopes of finding the right paint colour.

We were very impressed with the kind hospitality and warm welcome by staff, and at how quickly the right paint colour was found and made up. We were served by a lovely gentleman with good knowledge about products, who took care of us. We will definitely be heading back for any of our paint needs.

The staff is very polite and cooperate. I would like to thank u Sandeep who always place our order on tym. Having great and very good experience from the paint spot.
