I called to get an update on my dog's import permit, which was very time sensitive due to his rabies vaccination expiring in a month and which had been applied for with plenty of time (snub nosed dog, so could only fly in October from the UK, rabies vax expired end of Nov). A lovely lady named Cassandra helped me. Long story short- she went above and beyond to ensure his import permit arrived that day so my dog could fly to Australia.

I can't thank Cassandra enough for what she did. I was about to lose all hope of him ever being able to get back to Australia (this whole process has taken us 2 years due to covid, no airlines flying snubs etc etc and we've been without him for 6 months now). I am about to be reunited with my dog tomorrow after he's released from PEQ.

Good modern buildings. Easy to access parking across the road.

Extremely bad customer service. I have been trying to contact and get an inspection booked, it has been two and half hours my calls are being forwarded to different officers
