Everything is nice except there is this one girl at the chocolate section. No smile. No greetings. Not helpful. Standing there. Don't even know what they have in the shop where they located. Aneera her name.

There is nothing more effective to make me beat a hasty retreat out of a store than loud rock music at 5:45am. So loud that you cannot hear what the sales clerk is trying to say to you, and you have to shout to be heard. Instead of browsing in comfort I got the hell out of there. No purchases from me today. Such a stressful experience. I will remember to shop in the city next time I need to buy any big ticket items, before leaving for the airport.

Duty free arrivals at Melbourne International Airport Arrivals on the 13 of May 2023 after flight JQ212. I was browsing the duty free section when I decided to purchase 3 bottles of fragrances for my friends and family that was advertised at the price of $55.90 each by Dufry, The Nuance Group Pty Ltd. The shelf also contained more of the same items with no pricing attached. When I asked to pay for the items at the the above price I was told that it could not be done by the sales person Ruya Mimtas with a very poor attitude of being dissmissive and bitter. She then pursed to interrupt and rudely prevent us from seeing the Manager to retify the issue. Stating " it will take more than an hour for the manager to arrive and no one else is available" . While I was supposedly waiting for the manager she quickly removed the stickers so that the prices could not be honoured at the advertised price and to make me look like a fool. When I asked to contact the manager on my personal phone the second time. The manager was called and 2 of them appeared immediately within seconds. Leading me to believe they weren't called in the first instance to stall the misleading and false advertising claim and to prevent a possible resolution. Both the managers were not helpful at all claiming that they could not override the price/ computer system and honour the displayed price blaming it all on human error. They were trying to push us away so they could hide the error without notice. The possiblity of human error on mutliple top shelfed items comes down to negligence and disregard for correct pricing of goods within the business.

As part of ACCC laws : If more than one price is displayed for an item, the business must charge the lowest price. None of the staff were able to honour that price and instead they were trying to push us away so they could hide the error without notice. When I left I was rudely ridiculed by all involved. I would like the items honoured at the advertised price and apology letter for the rude encounter from the duty free team. Failing to resolve the issue will result in taking the matter up further.

Getting a refund shouldn't be this hard!
Missed collection of an online order due to the previous flight being delayed.
No response to my emails.
When flying back through Melbourne Airport, flights drlayed again, and no time to go to the other store to see the manager.
Ive tried the live chat, no response.
I phoned, no answer, I'm betting no call back.
It shouldn't be this hard to get my money back!

1.35% surcharge for using a CC. More expensive than shops further in the terminal

First day operations under new company and 4 bottles i priced 10 days ago before travelling overseas had gone up from $70 a bottle to $99 a bottle. Pure rip-off!!

Pondría 0 estrellas si puediera. Había carteles en la gondolas de 3X2, cuando fuimos a pagar nos querían cobrar los 3 productos sin ningún descuento. Cuando le fuimos a mostrar al vendedor el cartel ya los habían sacado por lo que pedimos hablar con un manager, sU respuesta fue “yo no vi ese carte y si el cartel no está no te puedo hacer ningún descuento”. Como si fuera poco nos terminaron cobrando 40 dólares un chocolate que salía 20. PÉSIMO SERVICIO
