Zoe was amazing, friendly, caring, and fantastic at working out what my skincare needs were. She helped me check my skin care products & routine and explained the difference between different products. She honestly made my day!

I had the most beautiful customer experience with Hayley! She was so kind and friendly and really made such an effort to attend to my needs. You could tell she truly cares about her customers. Hayley made me leave feeling so good and definitely wanting to revisit Mecca next time I’m at the airport.

I came into Mecca around a month ago after forgetting all of my makeup at home the night before a wedding. I was super panicked and overwhelmed trying to decide what to do. Tara approached me straight away and went above and beyond in her advice, patience, attitude and humour. Before I knew it my makeup was perfect, I felt confident, calm and just so so so grateful. This girl is an absolute star. Thank you so much to Tara and the team at Mecca for looking after me ❤❤

I had such a great experience at Melbourne Airport's Mecca, with someone approaching me quickly to ask if I needed help and then passing me over to Dhanshi who was amazing! She took her time to listen to my skin issues and help me, did a great job finding a great product for me, and just made me feel so comfortable. Little things like softly singing along to the store music while she was getting colours ready to test made me feel really relaxed because she was so comfortable and friendly. Thank you Dhanshi!

A huge shout out to Jess.T for assisting me today. She really understood my needs and help me match with the perfect products + shades, while really caring about what I was after and suited me and my skin type. I ended up buying everything that she recommended because I trusted her opinion was the right one for me. She was kind, fast, and gave me her complete attention. I only left with 1 of the 6 products I bought because the store was low stock or didn’t stock it. But she assured me well enough that I was confident to continue to purchase online from her referrals. Please look after Jess! There’s not that many goodies like her out there (in my humble opinion after working in the beauty industry)

I came in being very nervous and not knowing much about makeup. I was thankfully greeted and helped by a lovely lady named Monique. She took me through a makeup routine step by step and gave me so many beautiful recommendations. I walked out with a full set and so many tips and tricks to use on my holiday. MASSIVE SHOUT OUT AND THANKYOU to JESS from Mecca! I went in today to get some lip moisturiser as we are finally flying back home (Cairns) after the flooding and cyclone and having to come to Melbournefor a funeral. I managed to spot Jess to assist me and we got talking about how most of the shelves are empty at home due to the flooding and cyclone. She went out of her way to help me and gave me some samples of products. With everything Jess lifted my familys and I's spirits and couldn't thank her enough. We needed it.

Jess knows her stuff to every question I asked about something she answered honestly and had my best interest at heart.

Mecca is so lucky to have a employee Like Jess and I hope they treat her well as she deserves a pay rise or a gift.

If you ever go to Mecca at Melbourne Airport go see Jess she will be the highlight of your trip.

Came here looking for tweezers because my partner had a splinter, the girls working there were very nice and helpful in doing everything they could to help. They even went to get a small needle from their emergency kit to remove the splinter, meanwhile the chemist next door wouldn’t accept a return or exchange on the tweezers they sold us, they didn’t even give me a receipt to begin with because as soon as I paid the woman turned around without even saying “Thank you” or “Have a good day”.

Big shout out to Zoe who went out of her way to help me find the perfect eye shadow for my gala awards night outfit. We couldn't find the right shade so she went out of her to find me the closest match then used her alchemy wizardry to hand-create the perfect finishing touch! Amazing service as I was about to step on a plane!

Great experience with a team member this morning. Walked in and there was a team member checking on all customers throughout the store (although the one that was organising the shelves at the entry where I came in, ignored everyone and I did feel like she should’ve at least been greeting people?). The other team member approached me and offered assistance. I told her what I was after and she showed me all of her options and recommended certain brands. Even helped me with some testers trying to find what was right for me. She was so friendly and it was just a really lovely interaction that felt genuine which I find so rare in retail these days. Been thinking about it all day as she really made my day. I didn’t catch her name but she put through my sale at 9.15am 9/7/23.

Was served by such a lovely employee, I recall her name was Meralla 😍 She was very welcoming and supportive!! She helped pick me out a foundation that was suitable for my skin type and also help pick me out a lovely lippie. Will definitely be coming back!!!

I went to mecca tonight looking for some skin care, and amazing Amy approached me and helped me find products i never even knew that i needed! She was super helpful and very knowledgeable about skin care, she was very friendly and easily approachable i was very happy with both her service and my products !

I stopped in Mecca while waiting to board my flight with what I thought was an impossible challenge! I needed to find a foundation for a family member who wanted a vegan and cruelty free foundation whose current one has just been discontinued.

I was served by two absolutely beautiful employees - Tara and Alyssa who demonstrated exceptional customer service by going above and beyond to help me find a perfect foundation match using only a Facebook profile picture and an image for Google that swatched her current foundation. They were extremely accommodating for what I’m sure seems like a very odd request and the demonstrated a profound knowledge of the brands they stock to effortlessly narrow my selection down to two options and match a sample pot as precisely as possible. Their approach to this task was commendable with positive and happy attitudes that left me a satisfied customer! This was one of the best customer experiences I have had in a long time so the biggest thank you to these two employees!

My bestfriend and I had some time to kill before flying back to Adelaide today. I'm so glad we stopped in to have a look. The ladies in here were so lovely and helpful they really took their time and you could tell they really knew there stuff! I wish I'd taken more notice of their names. Honestly couldn't fault them was a great end to our Melbourne shopping trip!
