Merrifield City Medical Centre

First time visiting a clinic in Melbourne. Chose this clinic as it is relatively near my place. Very impressed with the overall experience. The receptionists were very warm and courteous. They were patient with my registration and explained about the process for using insurance as payment clearly. I chose Dr Vimal as he specializes in Women’s health. Dr Vimal was very kind, patient and professional. I felt as ease sharing my medical history from back home and he gave very good and sound health advice. I have no hesitations in continuing with Dr Vimal and making him my family’s GP. Oh, I was also in and out of the clinic in less than 20 mins. Process was so quick and efficient. Love it as I hate waiting long hours in clinics.

Highly recommend the medical centre especially Dr Zaw’s kind attention towards my sickness. Was prescribed medicines immediately after doing instant tests. He was so kind, attentive and professional at the same time. The reception staff was also very kind and accommodating.

Went to get my son’s immunisations today, the nurse was quick, efficient and was a pleasure to deal with. He didn’t even cry once! Thank you Merrifield medical centre, you made the whole experience seemless.

My first experience there was good. Wasn’t too long of a wait and the dr was very friendly. Felt very comfortable with the dr and will return.

very friendly staff on front desk and on the particular day i visited i didnt have to wait long till i was seen by a doctor vimal chandran who is very polite .its a one stop shop if u would like a doctor a chemist and pathology all located in one building

Easy to find, seen quickly and the doctor was very thorough with his consult. There is also a pathology collection on site which is handy and Chemist next door. Very happy with our visit.

Good clinic. I always go 10 to 15mins late to reduce my waiting time. Found it works well. We visit Dr Essa frequently, he is great with my little boys, caring and compassionate. Glad we found him!

Doctor are best and they really look after you and the good thing we don’t need to wait for long time like other GP.

Needed an appointment on a very short notice and the receptionist lady was helpful and managed to squeeze me in so thankful for her. Doctor was good and surprisingly ran on time. Would come back here again!

Me and my wife got our booster shot here. There was no rush and got the appointment on the same day. We reached 15 mins prior to our appointment and the person at reception was super friendly. Asked him about process for getting booster shot for our parents who are on visitor visa and he explained everything very clearly. The attending nurse was polite and friendly too. We were in and out of the centre in just 15mins on a Sunday. Would recommend to everyone in the neighbouring community.

The experience has gotten better. My last time was not too good, but they were stressed too during Covid. However, today's experience, the Dr and the team they all ensured we were looked after.

Services are getting better than before. Less waiting times now. Dr. Vimal Chandran is quite detail oriented and nice GP. Quick pathology work. No need to pay from your pocket if you have Bupa insurance.

Dr. Akhter Hossain is a very good doctor. Calm and easy to talk to and explained very well. There's pathology inside so its convenient. New clinic with modern facilities
