Went in last night for a dress I had seen online and I didn’t love it as much as I thought I would and Paris brought 3 other options for me and finally the last one was the one. She definitely knew what she was talking about, style and size wise. Everything about my time in this store was perfect and I couldn’t have asked for a better sales assistant. She made me feel gorgeous in the dress and hyped me up!

As a manager in retail, I wish I had a Paris in my team! Sheike is very lucky to have her

I recently had the pleasure of experiencing extraordinary service at Sheike Highpoint, thanks to the outstanding assistance provided by two amazing ladies, Mel.F and Claudia. Their professionalism and attention to detail truly made my shopping experience exceptional.

Mel.F went above and beyond to help me curate a wardrobe filled with beautiful pieces of clothing. Her keen eye for style and fashion expertise made the selection process enjoyable and stress-free. What stood out the most was her genuine interest in understanding my preferences; she listened attentively and cared deeply about ensuring I found pieces that resonated with my personal taste.

Mel.F not only possesses a remarkable sense of style but also exudes warmth and professionalism. Her friendly demeanor created a welcoming atmosphere, making the entire experience a pleasure from start to finish.

I also want to express my gratitude to Claudia for her assistance during my previous visit. Her helpfulness added to the overall positive impression I have of Sheike Highpoint.

Choosing Sheike Highpoint for my shopping needs was undoubtedly a great decision. Thanks to Mel.F and Claudia, I not only found stunning pieces for my wardrobe but also rediscovered the joy of shopping. Life feels great again, and I can’t thank these wonderful ladies enough for their exceptional service.

Katherine and myself went in on Sunday about late afternoon, together overall, we probably spent over $1,000 and we were served by lovely Sophie, she was very honest and was a wonderfull staff member so speak with and get assistance from. She also was good at serving multiple people whilst serving us. Thankyou Sophie we hope to see you another time

I went in to find a outfit for my holiday. I have been looking for a specific top but it had been removed from the website so I thought I would ask the ladies working if they still had it in their store. They went above and beyond to go see if they still had it at the back. I was extremely happy that they had found my size in the top! I was also wanting a skirt to match and the ladies knew exactly which one I was after. They were all so helpful and so sweet with their service. Their compliments made my day, they made me feel so beautiful in this outfit and I was so happy with it. I built such a good connection with everyone and they even told me to come back and let me know how my holiday went. Working in retail for many years, I know how important customer service is and they nailed it!! I’m really excited to go back and shop there again

I have learned to just start here when looking for something I need occasion wise, it never lets me down.

Fabulous service today from Tahlia, I tried on a tonne of stuff, she was super helpful, brought me some other options, gave her opinion which I felt was honest and wasn’t pushy. Always good service here from the girls.

I went to sheike highpoint on Thursday night i was so happy with their service I bought few pieces from there and i was served from a girl named Sabina. It was quite busy but she looked out for me in the best way she could. Absolutely great service will be sure to go back!

Best shopping experience today at Sheike. Fantastic salesperson, Ashia. nothing was too much trouble. She knew the product and was honest which allowed us to find multiple outfits. All the staff were friendly and i love that this shop caters for all body shapes. Definitely will be back.

Amazing ladies helped heaps and were absolutely amazing I went into a few stores before trying here and was amazed with customer service and the help they had offered.

Was definitely Monday one girl with shorts black top long hair was extremely friendly and more than willing to assist.
Although ended up not having stock of the size I was after that day.
Went yesterday and was same girl and she remembered me.again very helpful.
Got my dress my size and I am in love as much I was with the service I’ve received.

Last Saturday 1st of October, I had an excellent customer experience with the lovely Ayse. She was attentive without being pushy, displayed a beautiful smile at all times, was courteous and extremely patient with all my needs. I purchased two beautiful dresses, one from the RSVP range! Ayse also signed me up for your member program. Thank you, Ayse for making It was a pleasure shopping at Sheike Highpoint!

We went to get a dress for my daughters graduation last Thursday ( 11/11/21) and the service we were given is 200%. Especially the service given to us by the sales person in a pink puffsleeve dress was incredible, they didn’t have the correct size of the dress my daughter wanted, but she started calling the other stores to find out if they have the correct size and lead us to Werribee store where they had her size and asked them to hold the dress for us till the end of the day. If she didn’t give us that perfect service we would have gone somewhere else for a dress. But thanks to her we were able to get the dress my daughter fell in love with. They work wonderfully as a team and the management should recognise and promote them for their excellent customer service.

It was a Friday night, 19th Feb., it was closing time and I was stressed out because I hadn't bought an outfit for a wedding the next day...but the two girls working still took the time to help me and others choose clothing items, along with genuine smiles. I could tell they were an amazing team. They displayed great team work and built rapport with their customers. People like that in customer service should definitely be recognised. Thanks ladies! The outfit for the wedding was a success 🙏🏼👌🏽
