Coles Merrifield

Just finished shopping at here and I couldn’t help but notice the amazing customer service by this young man I think his name was Moey. He assisted me in finding the casserole steak and even gave me a recommendation on how to cook it and what would go well with it. All in all very clean place and friendly staff at the checkouts. Definitely recommend to come shop here again!

I had a very pleasant experience at the customer check out counter yesterday afternoon. I was served by a young girl named Muskaan. I was shopping with my 4 yo and it was taking me longer than usual to place my items for check out. Muskaan was so patient with me and she kept my son busy with her little talks to help me sort my grocery out. I must say I was very impressed with that young girl's customer service skills.

A few days ago I watched a lovely lady that works at Coles Merrifield by the same of Salina help a lady that has just had surgery and visibly in pain use the self check out, carry the ladies groceries, load them up in a trolley, wheel the trolley to the lady’s car, load them up in her boot and then gave her a hug after.
Salina you are a beautiful person and it was so heartwarming watch you be so compassionate!

For the reasons everyone else has pointed out, car parking, new layout, clean, products.
The BEST part: it has sushi and fresh delicious looking samon sashimi to purchase! At decent prices.

It was very new, making it clean and bright. The only downer was trying to find the looks, not overly well-marked. Glad I was with a mate that had been there before who knew where they were. Over all though a good visit. 👍

I want to acknowledge the kindness of Meagan at front service desk today. She helped me when I was stressed after locking keys, phone and purse in my car. I will always remember her wonderful assistance today - so grateful

This supermarket is one of the new style Coles stores. Very clean with wide aisles. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately when I visited the baby formula and nappy sections were messy and missing a lot of stock. This might just have been a temporary supply issue.

Great place with all facilities except banks and government services centers.

Yummy fresh breads, fresh vegetables and fruits and many more thing’s available under one roof. Very neat and tidy and organised coles to go to. Not overly crowded as well which I prefer most of the times. Chatty customer service. Good to chat away sometimes. Amazing other mostly fresh products available in this store.

Decent coles but almost no staff for service

This Coles has the best music! Very chill! Love shopping there, such a vibe. But why does the milk section smell like a literal farm? Does anyone know?
It's ok if you just grab your alternative milk while holding your nose and run. 5/5

A great mini (but modern) shopping centre, with a very large Coles supermarket as it's focal point, and surrounded by very useful shops, like Chemist Warehouse, a liquor store, an Arabic grocery store, Toa massage parlour, a barber shop for boys/mens hair, a newsagency, an independent butchers shop with quality cuts, several takeaway food shops (fish, chips, kebabs, pizza, coffee, pies, cakes), and several other shops I've missed.

Ample parking outdoors. Very suitable parking/shopping for the handicapped to as it's all one level. There's also a great little playground outside for the children, with seating for adults.

We live in Beveridge and it's generally our go-to destination for grocery shopping.

As a resident of Mickleham, what people fail to realise is Coles Merrifield is catering for residents of not only Mickleham but also Donnybrook, Kalkallo, Beveridge and even Wallan. This is why the shelves are not always fully stocked. I'm just glad I don't need to travel to Craigieburn for my grocery shop.
