Amazing customer service and fitting by Trinh. The entire team here from Liz who served us to Helena who also attended to us had 10 out of 10 customer service … all with such positive energy. However, the curtains in the changing rooms don’t offer enough privacy and doors will make customers feel much more comfortable.

Huge thank you to Beth and Kayla for all their help instore today. As a young disabled woman who despises shopping (especially on a weekend in a large shopping centre) they made the experience enjoyable and easy. Fantastic knowledge of products, professional and caring.

Amazingly patient, kind and understanding service from Darcy, Courtney, Chelsea and the team here at Bras n Things Highpoint. It shows they really care about their customers. Great prices and lots of specials at the moment. Can't recommend them highly enough, especially if you like good service

A big thank you today to Elle. The best bra shopping experience I have ever had by far! In the blink of an eye I had been measured and fitted and was trying on some suggestions. Elle was so professional and really knows what she is doing. Liz was also gorgeous and so very helpful. I am so very grateful.

Well, wasn’t I spoilt. Katelyn: attentive, friendly, professional, charismatic… I could go on. Katelyn has truely mastered the customer service experience. I was made to feel like the only girl in the change room even though it was during an incredibly busy late night shopping shift. Just when I thought it couldn’t get any better, to my disbelief it did. Tilly on the register provided an experience that is usually reserved for close friends and family. The warmth and energy that she emanated cannot be expressed in words. It must also be said that Tilly singlehandedly stopped a thief with courage and conviction - I could only aspire to have an ounce of her bravery. I am beyond grateful for the experience.

As a man shopping for his wife it’s quite daunting to be in a store like this, however upon entry I was greeted with a friendly hello. I was helped and felt reassured, my wife likes the products here too. Some nice bargains too.

I went to bras n things highpoint today for a bra fitting and was feeling very nervous but a wonderful staff member named Georgina helped me find the perfect bra and made me feel comfortable while doing it, will be returning hoping Georgina is there when I go back!

I'm so impressed that this store is stocking larger sizes with more styles and not just boring plain granny bras. Staff are amazing, get them free coffees during the day they deserve it!

Went to the store this evening and was served by Darcy who was extremley helpful and assisted with all of my undergarments for a formal event. Thank you Darcy you made me extremley comfortable.
