We came to inquire about buying a battery and a solar panel for our van, we were very well advised because we know nothing about electricity. The gentleman also gave us very good advice on a fridge. I highly recommend this store

I had a problem with my Brass Monkey fridge . The staff at Ringwood fixed it immediatly and then ran a quick instruction on how to correctly use the fridge. These guys are tops. Friendly and efficient.

Bought a Brass Monkey 35L dual zone fridge just before going away, Fridge worked very well, but unfortunately had the solar port come loose making it very difficult to charge via solar panel.
Returned to Jaycar today to have them take a look, unit was found to be manufacturer defect and swapped over no fuss, Mark was very helpful and EXTREMELY polite and professional through both the initial purchase and the warranty experience, he also helped load the fridge and other items to my car.
Absolute pleasure to deal with and would buy from these guys again without hesitation or 2nd thought!

Bought a power supply for my TV antenna, didn't know it doesn't come with an adapter. Will have to spend an hour round trip back just for the adapter if the sales person Matt didn't remind me. Love the services, and keep up the good work!

Look, I know Jaycar are everywhere and the guys at Ringwood were really helpfull. Don't be afraid to ask even if you can't see it on the shelf. They found me a heater for the caravan that no other caravan place bothered to mention. Only 2amps and won't trouble the inverter. Thanks guys!

They have nearly everything electrical, 240 volt, 12 volt, 24 volt, and stuff i know absolutley nothing about, adaptors , more stuff than you can poke a stick at, but best of all, knowledge, and they share it freely, so go down and fix your boken stuff there, and tell them Eamon said your great thanks

I went into jaycar for an adaptor plug as we brought something online and we found the plug was different and didnt fit our aussie plugs the gentleman was very helpful they had the plug instock cost me ten buck and i was back home in no time . Thank you for all your help

Good location accessible, unlike their Sunshine shop, where getting out onto the main road (Mc Intre rd) can be a nightmare especially in peak traffic.

Jacar is the last of the electronic stores which were in most suburbs a few years ago. If some sort of electronic product is needed they are the last resort.
