The girls in here are so lovely, Alice, helped me today and she was absolutely the most helpful, honest -(rare for a retailer), person ive ever dealt with, she went above and beyond to help me find something that not only looked great, but made me feel super comfortable. She was so nice I actually felt the need to come on here and say so. Thank you so much. You made my day! Also the clothes are next level cute and such great quality. So sooo pleased!!

Just a shout out to Alice at Eastland store who made my shopping experience so lovely. She was so kind and attentive. Really great at her job, which made me feel super comfortable trying clothes on and even offered suggestions which I ended up buying! Thanks Alice.

Came in late Friday night and Laura was so kind and welcoming! And super helpful, even while closing up for the night. Amazing service, and love the new extended range of sizes too.

Online order packed from this store with items missing. Redirected to their customer service who do not answer their emails (10 days and waiting) or phone (90mins waiting only to be told there is nobody available to take your call). Nobody in store cares that items are missing or that my daughter will miss out for her birthday. The worst DO NOT SHOP WITH GORMAN
