Enjoyed the roast pork broken rice – hot, fresh, flavoursome!

Straight up five star review for the banh mi.

The rolls are fresh and yet soft.

Generous with the meat and salad. Traditional cold meat is very tasty, and the crispy pork is juicy and nicely cooked. No little bullets of overcooked crackle.

Prices on target for this part of Melbourne. It's good value.

The venue is new and clean, too.

My only reservation is that they're a bit slow in coming, so if you have limited time for lunch I recommend coming early.

Another awesome branch of the Master Roll Vietnam cafes, delicious pho, Vietnamese rolls with crackling pork are scrumptious; new 2020 menu (new chef also) includes grilled chicken or three way pork with broken rice & salad, fresh & tasty; also, can`t go pass the prawn spring rolls

Tried this place on a whim and I'm so glad I did. Best pho I've ever had. Meat was super fresh and beautifully flavoured. Broth was so comforting. Veggies were fresh. Just excellent. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Free oranges. Will definitely be back for city lunches. Thank you! <3

Had lunch here today while I was having my hair done next door. Delicious fresh food, so tasty. Will definitely eat here again. Wonderful ladies serving me.

Fyi - When I google Master Roll, not sure why it points me to the master roll on Lonsdale st ONLY.

This place is a new gem. The best coffee in town. Rolls are so fresh and full of flavour. You would be a fool to walk past this place. Take a look at the coffee machine. It will blow you away.

When I am eating the crispy tofu bánh mì (with the lot) I can literally not think of anything I would rather be eating at that moment.

I am shocked that people have given this place low rating. Seriously this place make great food, much better than N.Lee around the corner.

Clearly a lot of money has been spent on image with this Vietnamese eatery, however they've clearly not spent the right amount of money or time on producing a quality product. Very first visit and likely last visit for me as a result of a day old/semi stale baguette where meat lacked seasoning or any spirit. Overall very poor quality Banh Mi. 1 star - only because it filled my empty stomach.

Very stingy with the meat servings. Apparently it costs them lot of money to give you the full serving which you're entitle to.
