I had a hot water service go cold. I rang Wesley Electrical and had an immediate response.

A service person arrived as expected (shortly after I had placed the call), and began to identify the fault. It was expected that the issue was with either the heating element or the power board relay.

As it turned out, it was neither. I was the thermostat. The "tradie" identified the fault quickly and went about replacing the thermostat. He then did thorough testing and suggested I try the water in an hour or so and then again in the morning. He then gave me a card containing his mobile phone number and said total him the following morning to let him know the outcome (and to ensure fault was rectified).

I recommend Wesley Electrical to all. They are prompt, courteous, knowledgeable and leave the work site clean, tidy and safe.

We had solar installed 12 months ago and are completely satisfied with the results. We are yet to receive a bill, in fact we are in credit. Massive improvement on what we were used to. Great before and after service, highly professional and highly recommended
