The staff went above and beyond to ensure my glasses were ready for a family wedding. Upon arrival at the ceremony the first thing people said when they met me for the first time was 'I LOVE your glasses'

Staff were warm, welcoming and friendly.
All options were discussed. Was not pressured into anything sales wise.
I haven't had an eye check for 6 years, so was a bit nervous about what tests might show. My concerns and needs were a priority for them, rather than sell you something you don't actually need.

I have been an Acuity customer for several years. Over my association with Acuity they have proven to be a totally professional and friendly business, completely focussed on addressing a variety of my specific needs due to my other personal medical issues such as elevated blood pressure and type 2 diabetes.
Each visit leaves me feeling totally satisfied with the care I receive during my visit.
I would sincerely recommend Acuity Eyecare (Wallan) to anyone needing any manner of specific eyecare.

They didn’t rely on automatic machinery for the actual new script but went with discussion and hand lenses. This is probably more accurate as a problem with eye moisture was noted. I will then go into the business again, get new glasses and contacts.
The Optometrist was excellent and very professional as are the customer service.

Excellent and kind staff that made the experience very easy for my 10 year old on her first time, also explained how exactly what the problem was so we understood, we will be definitely returning here and recommending for friends and family to visit.

Such great service! My first eye test and all the staff couldn't have been more helpful. From the eye test, to the selection of my first set of frames - just fantastic. Very friendly, knowledgable and helpful. Would highly recommend! Fast too - I had my new glasses the very next day!
