Richies has a great range of products and is easy to manoeuvre your way around the store. Prices are reasonable for a shop that has a monopoly in the township. Their specials are good and they offer seniors discounts on Thursdays. Also, their alcohol department is quite extensive.

Great small store with all the conveniences you need, staff were good, though be nice if the bottleshop had more choices, otherwise it's a very clean store, also wished prices were better, but you will get that being Ritchie's a independently run franchise supermarket store.

Absolutely loved working here, Gary is a 1 of a kind manager. From the moment I was interviewed to the moment I left, he was nothing but supportive , approachable and most of all, he made work fun! The rest of the team were equally as friendly. Through the short period i was a friendlies team member at this store, I felt at home and like a part of a big family. I will/already do dearly miss this place and fully intend on taking the contagious fun work attitude that Gary and Jen bought out of me for my future employment. Thanks again guys and I wish you all the best for the future!

What a great local supermarket with very caring and genuine staff. When I had a fall outside the supermarket yesterday they were so helpful, kind and considerate. They, along with other very kind people, helped me up and on my way. They even replaced goods (in glass) that I had broken at no charge.

So much appreciated. I was always a fan of this supermarket because of its great range of products and excellent service. I am even more so now. Thank you.

I LOVE shopping here and I generally hate grocery shopping! For a small coastal store, it has all the basics I need plus more. The atmosphere inside is warm and friendly especially with the bakery, and the staff are always helpful and friendly.
