Can’t thank them enough an error on my behalf with a specialist appointment and I needed a new referral they sort the problem out for me in great time and stress free thank you all so much

I attended today appointment for my daughter .She was seen by Dr.Ameer Shehab who is fantastic doctor.Very knowledgeable and attentive.He made sure my daughter (who is minor) felt comfortable with any of his treatment suggestions.I highly recommended Dr.Shehab

I can highly recommend Dr Srini Chinnaswamy. He is gently spoken and caring. If you suffer from eczema, this is the doctor you want to see.

Very welcoming. I did the PRP injection this time. Both Dr. Srini and the Nurse looked after me very well.

The receptionist go out of their way to help always. The doctors who i have particularly seen have been the best. Dr srini and Dr Ahmed. Keep up the good work.

fantastic service, good doctors and quick turn around and pathology in clinic gives ease of comfort for tests..i personally see Dr srini but went with other doctors when he is out of town, all are good

Friendly, efficient, and helpful office. Great to have a local place, with extensive opening hours and a clinic for blood tests in house. Dr Srinivasan Chinnaswamy is caring, listens and overall a great person!

BEST experience out of any other local practice in Mernda/Doreen. Able to get appointment fairly quickly. The reception staff are so pleasant and helpful. The GP I saw was thorough and addressed my concerns with great care and good advice. Look forward to continuing my care with this practice!

I would highly recommend Dr Srini Chinnaswamy. He is the best doctor I have met so far, always keen to help and explain things very nicely. Since I have started going to Srini I never went anywhere else. He is extremely helpful, and I will give him 10 out 10 always.
All the reception staff very friendly and helpful always answers politely. Best customer services so far.

It is so hard to find good customer service these days, however Tracy one of the receptionist at DFMP went above and beyond to help me today after a follow up with the lovely gp!! So appreciative! Highly recommend this clinic.

Although his previous doctor ( Rachel Hessari) forgot part of my son’s 2nd month vaccination and caused a big stress for me today and still now, the personnel today was so helpful and explained everything to me nicely.

My wife & I travel to here from Bendigo for Dr Ahmed.
The clinic is so well run , polite & always helpful .
Dr Ahmed is a great doctor who has helped me so much , he generally listens to you & cares .

I highly recommend this medical practice - the reception staff, nurses, and Dr. Chinnaswamy (my GP) are all excellent. Dr. Chinnaswamy is without question the best GP I have had in many, many years - probably ever. He listens attentively, without hurrying, and is very perceptive. I've found that his medical opinion/guidance always seems spot-on, and what he prescribes does the job. The reception staff are pleasant, efficient, and helpful. When I have needed to see one of the nurses, they have been professional, courteous, and put me at ease.

Always friendly staff. Great doctor's with vast knowledge and understandable of my situation. Would recommend over all clinics in Doreen. Keep up the amazing job.

My family has been going to the clinic for the last two years. All the staff and doctors are friendly, they listen to you with patience. We have always returned home with a good/positive feeling. Dr Srini is one of the best and knowledgeable doctors in and around Doreen. Highly recommend this practice.

Nice and friendly receptionist, nice doctor, even if there had been a mistake and he was not my usual GP, but I still got the advice I came for. I now believe my usual GP is not working there, yet. It's worth trying this practice if you need to get medical advice.

Wonderful service by reception and Dr. shrini is great person with details of knowledge.

Hi - Never ever disappointed in my experience visiting this clinic for myself and family members .
Have had a health check up done recently by Dr Srini and the advise was brilliant and very helpful.
