I would like to thank Helen for going above & beyond my expectation of service.. Drivers were too busy to help my 85 year old mum, they threw the new mattress & base in her room still boxed! I rung to complain & Helen left her work early to assist & 3 hours later the mattress & base were assembled & bed made.. Amazing thankyou so much Helen...

Helen was very patient and went out of her way to assist me with purchasing a chair that is so comfortable and at an affordable price when compared with other retailers. Delivery was prompt. Delivery was pretty seamless. Your delivery guy was really great 😊. The larger box wouldn’t fit around the tight corner of the entrance to our apartment, so we had to leave it in the corridor. But my partner is an absolute legend, and he unpacked it in the corridor later that arvo, and we managed to squeeze the couch in and around and through! Small issue with one of the ‘legs’ (one of the metal bars) which is way out of alignment and would not fit in the pre-drilled holes, but again, my superstar man created new holes and was able to attach it. The leg is a bit off-centre, but we can only tell because we know it’s there. It’s kinda on the blind side visually, so all good. Anywho… we love it! It’s looks fantastic in the space and we couldn’t be happier.

We love this furniture shop in Hoppers Crossing. The location is fantastic, Customer service is absolutely amazing, so helpful and welcoming 🥰 All the products here are also well displayed. We have purchased 3 bed sets (1 king, 2 queens with bedside tables and it’s very easy to assemble with top quality. We have also just bought the study desks for our kids and it’s again very easy to assemble and very strong. We will keep coming back for more 😍🤩

Recently, we purchased two TV cabinets from Furn House. The customer service was great. The attended explained the terms and conditions very well. The attended also explained after opening the boxes if we find any issues then how to communicate with the team.

I got 2 recliners from them and they proactively gave me the best price. The product is great quality and was delivered in time as promised . The staff in she store were lovely. I would go back to buy new stuff in a heartbeat.
