Have ordered from them a couple of times now and it's always delicious!

Portions are very generous and it is packaged perfectly. Everything is flavoursome and has a good spice level.

I really like the paneer butter masala, the hyderbadi chicken dum biryani, garlic naan and their mango lassi is good. Also the menu has loads of options.

Nice and lots of flavours.
I had the goat biryani, tasty.

I had the goat curry Masala. The best I had so far. I will be back again soon.

The food was really tasty, really worth it all the time , chicken 65 birayni , chicken dum biryani .

Ordered through Uber eats , the food was delicious, did palak kofta , Malai kofta and butter chicken along with saffron rice , they were delicious.

This guys were really amazing, authentic biryanis, chicken dum biryani and goat biryani were made my day , coming to the staters chicken 65 taste bit sweet and delicious potato masala in my sore masala panner dosa . Gulab jamun was cold , rasmalai taster like almond flavor really good .

Ordered food delivery from Swagath just now. Had Hyderabadi chicken dum biryani, fish dum biryani, and samosa. Both biryani was flavourful! The chicken one was a bit more tasty actually.. the fish was yum, but for the biryani somehow I like the chicken one better - just more tasty and more flavour 😋 The chicken and fish was underneath the rice if you’re wondering. Samosa was alright, it’s quite big.
Good portion, well packaged, and came to me still pretty hot - which I like ☺
Biryanis was quite spicy though. And I could handle some spiciness. So if you like spicy, you’ll love it! But if you don’t, you’ve been warned 🤪 I remembered tasted food from this place first time when my colleague ordered it and gave me a try - boy, that one was HOT - the colour already pretty much telling.. it was bright red 🥵 the more I ate that one, the more spiciness came through whew (I guess that one probably the 65 one looking by the appearance). So I thought the one I ordered wouldn’t be hot - or at least mild. Uh uh.. it’s still quite hot too, lol.
Although, I ordered two biryanis that said would come with yoghurt based raitha for each, but I only got one raitha instead of two 😳🥺

EDIT: Had another order of the chicken dum biryani tonight. I got takeaway - ready very quick - less than 5 minutes, lovely! 🥰 Probably alao because I’m the only customer at the restaurant at that time hahah.. The person behind the counter also very nice and friendly 😊 The chicken dum biryani I had today coloured differently than what I got before - more bright coloured this time, still tastes great nevertheless - and also slightly less spicy - as I’d prefer it. I did find several whole and sliced chili peppers on my previous biryani order, but none on today’s one - maybe that’s why 😬 The sauce (the one that tastes more nutty) also tastes different.. previous order seems more tasty for the sauce, but the main dish is still very yummy.
Very satisfying biryanis, definitely will be my go to whenever I craved for some delicious goodness as it’s near my work. Will try some other food too next time ☺

What a standout. Coming from the food industry and being Italian….. I take my hat off for the food.

The chicken parmigiana and the chicken cotoletta that the kids had was delicious. Heaps of flavour.
My wife had the Lamb Ragu Pappardelle was brilliant. Halloumi sticks was very nice and decent size I must say.
I had salad with the kids meals and I wanted more.

We going to try next time the linguine carbonara as it looked so good.

The tables and front of house is very clean, traditional Italian looking, with great music in the back ground.

It’s been here for 4 years and I never saw it until we strolled past.

This is your next Italian restaurant to go too.

Visted few times , ghee podi idly was good , and manchow soup was delicious. Dosas and biryanis were authentic. Definitely coming again.

It’s a great experience. The ambiance is very welcoming and charming. I had pizza for entree,
Potato gnocchi for mains and Tiramisu for dessert. I enjoyed every single bite of the meal. They were exquisite.

Ordered takeaway from here a few times and each time has been excellent. Chicken 65 Biryani and the Andhra Chicken curry are my favourite. Packed full of fresh spices - very flavourful - unlike any other Indian restaurant I have been to. Even the saffron rice is fantastic on its own. Keep up the awesome work!

Wonderful service, we were attentively looked after by Zara while her husband cooked our very nice meals. Golden crunchy chips with a parma that had a fresh and tasty topping was good, the Pumpkin pizza was outstanding. We will be back for sure :)

Chicken dum biryani was spicy , but taste good , enough portion , not too much costly and curries are also good . Worth enough .

Great Indian food in Mooney valley area. Quantity and quality of food is superb. Staffs are polite and service is quick.

The food was amazing 👏 🤩. Fry Chicken Biryani was excellent. Everyone must try kaju chicken pakoda. It was delicious 😋 😍. But the parking was a problem...

Kadai paneer are the best yum even the curry sauce
Other food are nice too but I recommend the kadai paneer the most.
I wish more cubes of paneer in the order.

Great little place, I just randomly walked in and loved the food which came out quickly - service was swift and friendly. I got a chicken parma and a delicious iced chocolate on a balmy summer evening. Much recommend this place - wonder why it's not more popular!

Having recently moved to the Moonee Ponds area this was our first time visiting Zara’s Kitchen but it definitely won’t be our last. Amazing food and very attentive service, BYO wine and such a warm atmosphere! We can’t wait to make this place our regular ‘date night’ venue. Ps. Try the osso bucco, you won’t be disappointed!

Visit twice a week , nothing need when pulav rice is available 😋, they do really good . Nice environment around in mooneeponds .
