Kmart Moonee Ponds

I never cease to be amazed at the range of wonderful products at fantastic prices. Most staff are lovely and helpful. If I can buy something at Kmart that's where I go!

This kmart does tend to get very busy, staff are very helpful and will assist you in finding some things you may need if they're not stocked on the shelves.

Vincent and Clarissa were both excellent at assisting me find the gifts I was looking for. Unfortunately what I was after was out of stock but they both were wonderful at finding me alternative items. Thankyou guys !

Went here to pick up a click and collect order I placed earlier in the day on 12/8. I was supported by multiple lovely staff members. Kmart should be very grateful to have the two Kiara’s and Brianna on board. Their customer service was delightful and I’ll definitely be back soon :)

Just got off the phone with the wonderful Paige. I called up (after having half an hour's worth of no answers from highpoint 😡) and she was more than happy to put aside what I was after. She even looked at the dolls to ensure that didn't have any face marks or smudges!
She's an absolute sweetheart and I'm a very happy customer! 😁

Kmart Moonee Ponds is a great store - I love it ! Most staff are really helpful especially George and the ladies at the Print Shop. It's a shame so many customers mess up the shelves, leave their drink cups wherever. I always find wonderful bargains at this store. Keep up the great work guys !

Like every other Kmart, they have great products. I found the electronic section little small n less items but home and kitchen, clothing and party section have enough products.

Went to collect my invitation order at the photo department and had an issue with my order. A young lady by Mel rectified the issue pronto! I'm so appreciative of this. True customer service!

One of the best Kmart outlets I've been to in Melbourne. Always decently stocked and easy to navigate through. Staff are friendly and helpful and the store itself is well-organized and tidy.

Staff very friendly and helpful. There is a staff member at the door who always smiles and waves at my children and I have found the staff very helpful when I have needed to find things, or return items.

Quite a large Kmart with lots of stuff!

Handy kids play area outside the entrance too for ages 2-5.

This store has THE friendliest & most helpful workers. Kept an item at the service desk for me to collect. Special shout out to Georgia who noticed I’d left my umbrella, phoned me to let me know & kept it until I could collect it. Thank you very much.

Shoutout to Sian at the Moonee Ponds store - I called this morning at about 10:30am, I have been searching for a specific puffer that is literally out of stock everywhere. Moonee Ponds is not my local store but I thought I’d give it a go. I called through and spoke to a nice lovely worker named Sian, she was very quick and prompt, she asked me for the SKU number and went on her search. She looked on the floor for this jacket, and came back to tell me there are a few different sizes in the jacket, but she would check the back too. After she came back from checking and there were none, she was on a mission to put me back on hold and double check. In the end, Sian found me the jacket in my size, and offered to put it on hold for me. I have never in my life written a review (good or bad) but I knew I had to for this one. I have never had such great customer service in my life, she was willing to help from the get go and she went above and beyond. I usually call Kmart before going in for specific items to double check, and the workers usually just look on the system and tell me what’s there, they don’t even bother to look. Sian looked THREE different times for me. I hope you get the recognition you deserve, and I hope there were more workers like you in the retail industry, you are a great asset to this company. Thank you.

I absolutely love the variety and prices at kmart, I was especially impressed with their selection of sensory toys.

Regular Kmart store. Not so busy though but clean, tidy and helpful staff.

Love to shop there as every thing can be found such as clothes for all aged peoples, shoes of every types, stationary materials, electronic gadgets, kitchen appliances, sport items, photos and frames for it. Also with better and cheaper price than any other shopping places and shops. The thing is customer representative are helpful and assist whenever in need.

Picked up a click and collect and the young lady behind the service desk was very efficient and friendly. Also picked up a couple of scrapbooks that on the Kmart website said were out/low of stock.
