I went there today to have a look at some of their Christmas items that had been marked down and also purchase a birthday card and bag to put my present in. I chose the what I wanted to buy from the Christmas stock and it had to tags on it one $40.95 then over the top $34.95 the lady serving tried to pull the tag that had been placed over the first tag and charge me more than what it should of been. I explained she can’t do that she has to honour whatever the tag she continued to argue with me that I was wrong. Now I’ve worked in retail and I know how it works. With that I put all my items down that I was going to buy and left. She had no customer service nor she know what she is going. A very rude lady. I visit this store frequently and the original owners who I think might be on holidays even know me. Definitely an unhappy customer today
