Joyful Pilates

I had a wonderful first experience at Joyful Pilates today! It’s definitely the most fun studio that I have been to. Disco vibes. Possibly not the most important factor, but it is worth mentioning the lightning and mirrors are so flattering. I don’t want to cringe every time I look at my form. Natasha, the instructor, was lovely too. Two notes for first-timers: it’s a socks studio & be sure to leave enough time to find parking.

I love being at joyful as it the energy there is always positive and vibrant with friendly and supportive teachers who are always willing to engage in conversation and have a laugh. Max’s classes are one of my favourites as they test my physical abilities and he is always there proving encouragement and support. He teaches a range of different exercises to always spice up the class and keep things interesting.

I've done the 5 lessons pass with them recently. Although I know Pilates would not be my go-to regular exercise, but this studio is really the definition of "state of the art"! They have the best equipment and inner design. I've mostly done Zen classes as they suit me better and the 5 lessons pass with cheaper price is really a good deal to try Pilates for the 1st time. My favorite instructor there is Louise. Her classes are easy to follow and I really enjoyed her style of teaching compare to other instructors there. I recommend trying their 5 classes pass if you live nearby and just wanna try doing Pilates for the 1st time. It's worth it!

What a beautiful studio! I love visiting Joyful Pilates, there is a great variety of classes with so many times to choose from! The staff are all so friendly and make coming to do a pilates class an absolute pleasure.

Ally & the team at Joyful are just the absolute best. The studio is gorgeous, the equipment is new and clean, and the classes offer excellent variety. There is so much flexibility in booking - you can buy packs of classes or just a one-off (it's so nice not to have to deal with a membership). But the thing I love most is how welcoming and friendly everyone is. So many pilates studios have become a bit pretentious and intimidating - Joyful leaves you feeling, well...joyful. Highly recommend!

Joyful Pilates is a truly joyful place to work out! All the trainers are incredibly friendly and knowledgeable and every client is made to feel welcome. The studios are light and colourful, and the rainbow weights always put a smile on my face. I cannot wait to go back into the studio post lockdown, and share the Joyful love with all my friends.

Such a beautiful brand new studio, with a lovely atmosphere! As a beginner, I found the staff to be amazing. They were very knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable. The equipment was easy to use and everything looked immaculate and clean! I look forward to attending weekly classes here.
