Chrissy and Heather are amazing at what they do. I have been seeing both of them regularly for many years and am always impressed at how helpful it has been in healing injuries and just generally helping to keep my body physically in check and well. I would recommend anyone from the clinic as they’re all thorough and professional while simultaneously nurturing their patients needs!

I have been seeing Ally on and off for a number of years now and have followed her to this centre. She is a fantastic osteo, warm, friendly and thorough. I have had a number of back issues over the years and always walk away feeling a lot better. Ally provides you with honest feedback about your situation, a realistic time frame she anticipates it will take to get better and gives exercises to do at home to relieve pain/tightness and strengthen muscles to prevent issues. I have recently taken my newborn to see her after he was hunching to one side quite a lot and noticed differences straight away and in the days after. We had a follow up session and again he went really well. Ally is patient and gentle with our little one and always ensures I feel comfortable with what she's doing. We will definitely be back to see her.

I struggled with head and neck pain for years, and no one seemed to be able to help or diagnose my problem. I was referred to Chrissy by a friend and I have been seeing her ever since. Chrissy is the only practitioner I have come across, that has been able to relieve my neck pain. The clinic is beautiful and clean with a very calming feel. I have been treated by Ila as well and she is fantastic also. Who ever treats you, you will be in good hands. I will always recommend this clinic, all of the lady's who work here are lovely.

We have been seeing Christina for more than 6 years now. My two boys have received osteo for various reasons and have benefited from her treatments greatly! Christina is highly experienced and has always made my children feel extremely safe and look after during their time with her.

I came across this place by chance for my baby daughter who had hip dysplasia but also hated the car and pram, I am a physio and just knew she wasn't comfortable. The change seeing heather was quite incredible, Heather was so kind and knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable with a young baby being treated. When I first booked to see Heather my daughter had been in a hip brace 6 weeks with no improvement and we were told would need at least another 12 weeks. However we saw Heather 3 times who was just incredible, she loosened her whole body and after 2 sessions my daughter was much better in the car. Then most amazing thing was the fact after just 6 weeks more in the hip brace her scans showed her hip dysplasia had resolved, the medical team was so surprised they got a second person to scan her, I truly believe Heather's work was a huge factor in going from bracing not working at all to having hip dysplasia resolve quicker than expected. I think loosening her hips allowed the brace to work. I'd highly recommend Heather.

I highly recommend this centre! Chrissy and Heather have treated both my children and I for many years. They are incredibly skilled and professional, with a warm and friendly energy that makes children feel at home and willing to do the necessary exercises, if required. The centre is also a very calming place to visit, with beautiful attention to detail in the rooms and gardens.

Christina’s has a warm and caring nature. Her extensive knowledge and how to treat conditions holistically is exceptional . The clinic is welcoming and a beautiful space to receive treatment.

I have been seeing Jo for my daughters torticolis and colic due to poor latch and she is wonderful. Very attentive and has given us some advice and treatment that has really helped my daughter. It’s so great that Jo is trained as an LC and an osteo so is able to provide both in her treatments. Highly recommend!
