Everyone is always so lovely and up for a chat! Calling up, barely any time was spent on hold and then it was just a quick 20 second conversation and everything was solved. 10/10 experience

This is not a bank branch, do not come here if you need chash out. Seems more like a service centre... Bendigo bank is really lacking in service and technology areas

Disgusting services, got there 15 mins before their lunch time, first thing i was told "i can't close the door i can't get my lunch", unbelievable, she actually said that to a customer. I was sent by one of their staffs in the morning to come to see them to fix my online banking, and turns out they have on idea what they should do. She was so rude and just trying to get me out of the door before her lunch, it should take 5 mins to get the problem fixed.

CASHLESS - Friendly staff, but not a real bank. This is a customer service location with no access to money besides the ATM.

Maybe it's because I was there ten minutes before closing, but they were also unable to change my withdrawal limit, so I was stuck without the cash I needed to buy my caravan.

Posting this rating so that Bendigo Bank revises their policy in calling this a bank branch, and hopefully clarifies this on maps.

No access to money why bother having a branch at all? Bendigo has become a joke of a bank so far behind the times compared to other Banks after wasting my time going here only defined I can't even take money out I'll be changing Banks
