Saam Saii Thai

Nice hidden Thai restaurant perfectly located within 5km from Yarra Valley Lodge. I went there with a few friends, and we all had a great experience. All the dishes we tried were so flavorful, and we could not fault any of them. Their spicy prawn soup is to die for. The best restaurant in the area, and I highly recommend it to anyone who loves Thai food.

I went there with a group of friends as we were happy with its sister restaurant "tai tai". The menu was elaborate and we each ordered different dishes. All were served in time and the food was awesome. Would definitely like to recommend their spicy soup on a cold night.

How I never found this little gem of a Thai restaurant before now, I don’t know. But I am glad we decided to go to Saam Saii for our anniversary this year.

The service was fantastic, very quick and attentive without being overbearing. The food was amazing. Can highly recommend the green curry, incredible flavour and perfect heat.

The beat Thai food I have had. Simple set up with friendly staff. Feels authentic and food was full of flavour. Definitely recommend the BeerLao Lager. Excellent value for money.

I think that Saam Saii Thai is the best Thai restaurant in the Eastern suburbs. The food is always fresh and tastes amazing. The service is outstanding, I'm unsure of the ladies name but she is so welcoming and attentive.Highly recommend eating here and my family and I won't eat anywhere else.

Never disappoints! It’s wonderful to have a decent, authentic local Thai in the area. Blows the competition away. Food is always delicious, service is warm, friendly and efficient. It’s BYO but does stock some great wines at very reasonable prices. The menu is fabulous with lots of enticing choices. Yum yum! I love the broccoli salad, the satay, the green curry, tom yung soup, well everything really! Lol! Continued success to Mink and Paul on a great restaurant.

I got takeway a few nights back and I must admit it was so delightful I had to rate it 5 stars. By far the best Thai by miles in the south east. The Grilled Pork was delicious, the Khao Pad was the real deal and the Penang Curry hit the mark! Well done guys, don't deviate as you are doing it right.

I have only found one that can come close to samm saii!! Basically if you want amazing thai food, served by polite staff you can't put it past samm saii, number 1.
