Best coffee in the area (there’s four other spots in throwing distance and Beatty is the best). They’ve also got delicious food options (which I regularly fail to say no to - their almond croissants are my weak spot). They’ve got a range of ready to eat meals (taste like homemade), pastries, bread, cheese, wine, deli bits & pieces. And the team is lovely! Highly recommended!

Located just next to Toorak station, it’s so convenient to get here. I loved their chai latte, coffee, as well as their pastries. Great and lovely staff too.

Very cute cafe just around the corner of Toorak train station. There’s an array of desserts and savoury treats to choose from to pair your coffee. There’s a seating outside too. I ordered Dirty Chai Latte and Blondie. Reasonable prices just like the other cafes.

Brilliant store - wonderful people. Amazing vibe and overall experience. Start with the fridges - magnificent gourmet dips / take home meals and then head to Victorian wines. Finish off with a doggy treat or a pastry. Love :)

Really lovely food and coffee although customer service falls quite short, not a very welcoming vibe.

Please don't continue a telephone call while serving a customer. This fellow interrupted my order 3-4 times replying to someone else over the phone.

Strange way to run a business if your behaviour is characterised by inattention and poor communication.

I wonder if this was an isolated event but still left me astonished.

Would not recommend this place, have heard mixed reviews regarding the service and attitude. Decided to give it a go and was not impressed. PLENTY of other more friendly vendors adjacent to this shop with better quality. Disappointed.

No wonder why people in comments complain about the staff attitude if they work conditions would give many of you convulsive movements.
Dirty toilet separated with a piece of fabric near the toaster where sandwiches are being prepared, no time to have a proper break and the list could go on.
Also, I find it a bit odd that the owner gets rid of the staff not by messaging them directly, but messages their friends instead, to pass the info she does not need them to come anymore.
I don't think anyone can treat business like this seriously.
