Unfortunately this store is great Christmas bargains. Not so great for my wallet. The staff are pleasant,helpful and not intimidating

My daughter and I visited yesterday and found Daniel and Kerrie absolutely charming. I was sad to see the Moorabbin store close but was not disappointed in my recent visit. Daniel has detailed product knowledge and shows passionate admiration and enthusiasm for each of the beautiful items. We felt like buying everything by the time he was finished with us. We love this place and can see we still be returning there in the times we need to find a beautiful gift. 👍🌟

High end products at very reasonable prices

Absolutely lovely customer service in this Doulton outlet. Good humour to go with great prices. Very knowledgeable about their products too. Were kind enough to sign me up for their 10% offer before I paid for my items.

Apart from all the beautiful products at amazing prices this particular Royal Doulton outlet in Armadale has the best customer service person ..old fashioned customer service from an amazing Gentleman by the name of Daniel ...he goes out of his way to make you feel special very helpful and knowledgeable this man is amazing..an asset to the business it's always a pleasure seeing him and he's always ready to help... Out of way location. Sad they moved out of docklands

If a bargain is what you are after then this IS THE PLACE for you. Particularly with Christmas coming up, what girl doesn't love a scented candle, or a beautiful cup and saucer, or just top up your own bathroom with beautiful soaps.
