Morgans Winery & Distillery

We stumbled upon this gin distillery on an unplanned trip, and we're so glad we did! We decided to follow a sign on the roadside and ended up getting a gin tasting. It was our first time, and we were thoroughly impressed. We highly recommend trying a gin tasting if you have the opportunity!

Attended this establishment as the last stop on a winery tour for a hens day, it is beautiful! Cocktails are a reasonable price, plenty of sections to separate the party animals from customers who want to sit down and enjoy some cheese, drinks and the ambiance. Owners are lovely and actively engage with patrons, will love to visit again :)

Have been coming to Morgan’s distillery for 3 years now and absolutely love it every time.
The staff are amazing. The food is awesome. The gin is fabulous.

My wife and I have visited here more times than we can count. Originally we came for the wine. But now we come for the wine also, but the gin, vodka and whiskey.

Food has always been great and the service impeccable. The views out over the ranges and vineyard are fantastic.

Well worth the trip!

Did a wine tasting with my best friend and absolutely loved it! The service was amazing, and there wasn’t one wine that we tasted that we didn’t like. I also loved that their specialty wine is named after friends/family and a portion of each bottle sold gets donated to different charities. We will definitely be back 😊.

We visited Morgan’s and loved the experience! The outdoor area is lovely to sit in on a hot day and the owner was so passionate and great at explaining each of the wines on the tasting menu.
Left with a few delicious bottles and will definitely be back for more!!

Simon the owner was the best!!! So accommodating and friendly! Everything from the bar service to the drinks were fantastic. They send you off with takeaway cups for if you don’t don’t want to finish your drink before you leave. The best winery I’ve been to in a long time.

Such a great vibe. We did the wine tasting with their cheese/ meat platter. Delicious wines and great food! We were served by Elly and she was so lovely and knowledgeable. Great experience overall!

Attended Morgan’s Winery & Distillery. Simone was a great host for our hens. The drinks were great but I have to say that the Expresso martini is to die for!!

A fabulous spot to spend an afternoon.

I visited with my partner who enjoyed a wine tasting and a spirit tasting. The staff were lovely, informative and kind. Tastings were done with table service, which means each glass can be enjoyed at your own pace. There was a range of wine, spirits and cocktails on the menu, as well as some non alcoholic options too.

We shared a beautiful local cheese and meat platter, which was generous in size and very tasty and fresh.

The environment is cosy with a lovely atmosphere. Two beautiful little doggos said hello to us as well, which is always a bonus.

Would definitely recommend!

A nice selection of wine, spirits and cheese. Lovely venue with plenty of seating (both in shade and in the sun). Staff were very friendly too and we met their two dogs who escaped (but were very lovely).

Wine tasting was great and the service was very attentive. Unfortunately got there too late and the kitchen wasn't open (until 4 pm, with wine being served until 5 pm). We spent just shy of an hour there for tasting.

Awesome little winery & distillery! Very nice Pinot noir and Merlot. Great range of gins and yummy cocktail options. Lovely cosy indoor bar for chilly days and gorgeous outdoor seating with Yarra valley farmland views for those sunny days.

Great winery, amazing wine and incredible customer service. We were served by Ally and she was wonderful. Could not recommend this place enough.

An Absolutely beautiful experience. Our booking booked late but they where so accommodating to us the staff where very friendly and welcoming. Upon arrival we Where welcomed in with a beautiful charcuterie board and the first round of cocktails. We had a private area and where able to play our own music. As well as having a bar in the area with the Beautiful Hospitable Holly who ensured we where well looked after during our time. Thank you for having us I could not recommend this place more. :)

Morgan's was the best venue of our gin day out! There were three of us (I was DD so only had tiny tastes from my sister's flight).
We started here with a gin flight and cheese and meat platter just before lunch time.
We would revisit in a heartbeat. They had by far the widest selection of gins and the best grazing platters. The prices were very good for both tastings and purchases and the cheeses are also available for purchase. Next time we may try their wines as they have a good range and reputation for wine as well.
Our top pick (unanimously voted by all 3 of us), was the purple patch gin, followed by the vanilla vodka. All 3 cheeses were delicious too and I don't usually like blue cheeses.
