Great to deal with, certainly know their stuff, very reasonably priced and very helpful for the serious shooter.

Phenomenal service, technical knowledge, quality products! The blokes at Huntsman are true service providers. A shining example of customer/retailer relations. They will set you in the right direction no matter what your precision, competition or recreational needs are.

The guys helped me when I was buying my first rifle. They quoted me a great price. They also help me zero the scope and break it in, etc. Every time I go in, they are all incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. The staff always go above and beyond. I would highly recommend this store to any shooter, be it a beginner or expert.

Great service from Colin. Very knowledgeable guy with great experience he's willing to share. Very fast, no fuss delivery too. I had a tracking email saying the delivery company had been notified to pick up my delivery within about 15 minutes of hanging up the phone. I Couldn't say enough great things about these guys, their customer service is outstanding. Especially compared to the usual surly, confused and lazy staff we so often find in other gun shops these days in Australia.

I originally went in to check prices for a new scope I was looking to purchase at a latter date. The helpful staff informed me of expected price rises of over $500 in the coming weeks.
They then allowed me to place a deposit and order the scope and take delivery a month later at the old price.
When my scope arrived I was notified the very same day about its arrival.
They also had me bring in my rifle and professionally set the scope on the rails level with proper torque settings on the screws free of charge.
Not only do they offer great products, they offer great service as well. Would not hesitate to shop there again or recommend to others.

I have dealt with all the guys at Huntsman a number of times over the last few years. I have to say these guys are my favourite store in Australia. Absolutely brilliant customer service and advice as well as lightning fast postage. I can't recommend Huntsman Aus enough! Thanks guys!

Been looking for a chronograph for ages a mate told me about the guys at huntsman firearms and said they were awesome to deal with.....i saw that there wasnt any in stock so put my name down on the "email when some are in stock list" bang 2 days later placed an order on line on the 19/7/17 recieved at my door in W.A on the 24/7/17 couldn't believe how quick it got here and even a recept with personal hand writing saying thanks and a free sticker just the little things that make the customer experience awesome
