My experience with Peppercorn Hill was very positive. Even I was very afraid to sign the contract after reading all these reviews. But I must say, they treated us very professionally.
Our settlement date was extended five time because of Christmas period and the bank was delaying the process. But Denis Family was been so helpful and extended the settlement date each time without issuing penalties. And then I thought I might lose the 15k rebate because the condition was to settle the land on mentioned date for it to be eligible. But they granted us the rebate on the settlement date.
I didn’t have any issues with the valuation either.
I can’t wait to start constructions of our new home.

I couldn't disagree more with some of these negative reviews as I've had the upmost amazing experience with my dealings with Peppercorn Hill. The staff in the office have all gone above and beyond to make my first land purchase as smooth, easy and stress free as possible. In terms of customer service I don't think it could get much better, by far the best service out of all the many land sales offices I've been to. I always felt like a valued customer and have and still will recommend Peppercorn Hill to my family and friends. Fantastic staff and has made the whole process for me incredibly enjoyable.

I don't understand some of these negative reviews. From day 1 my experience has been so great and so easy. Matt and Deb really go out of their way to explain things and respond to any queries that I have had. As far as understanding the contract I felt more than comfortable as I went through it all myself, as did my conveyancer and Deb literally went through it all section by section at contract signing.
By the sounds of some of these reviews the expectations are quite unrealistic.
Peppercorn Hill is going to be a great estate and I have no hesitation in recommending not only the estate but Matt & Deb who have been nothing but helpful.

Peppercorn hill estate has been great with their dealings and providing up to date information about signing the contracts . Estate manager Deb and Matt has been very respectful ,great and always happy to asist people with their needs . Peppercorn hill estate will be a great place to live for the families and community as it’s a Dennis family estate .

Matt and Martin made the whole experience of buying real estate a pleasure.

They took the pain to educate us on the short term outcome of the purchase as well as the long term prospects of the investment.They managed to find the right parcel of land within my budget, and also matched us with the right builder.

Very nice location. Travelled all the way from city to inspect and have an idea about the development. Understand due to COVID every office has its own policies. Request to the Developers, if office is only open for appointments, can you please update information on your website as it creates confusion and gave bad impression as sales person only try to enforce the office policies. Only answer received from the sales person as the office is open for appointment only, Nil masterplan showed, advised nil blocks available till next release outside the front door.

My buying experience with Peppercorn Hill has not been good. This is one of the worst decisions I have ever made. I bought two lot of land back in 2021, and they promised to deliver it to me in March 2023.

In March 2023, they promised to provide the land in June 2023, and in June, they assured me it would be available in September 2023. In September, they postponed it to October 2023, and in October 2023, they said it would be titled in November 2023. Now they are saying it will be the end of November 2023. I feel like I'll get the land on the 7th of Never.

I visited the Peppercorn Hill office last week, and the behavior of your receptionist, Deb, was so unprofessional . She mentioned that when people buy land with them, they only provide estimated dates, but sometimes it could take longer than the estimated date. I asked how long, and she said a maximum of 6 months. But, guys, 6 months have already passed by in October 2023. She had no answer to my questions, and her response to my queries was so rude, as if she were giving me the land for free. If I don't receive the land by 15 nov 2023, my house price will go up by $130,000. Please don’t reply on this comment with your number to contact. You will never pick up this number. I would never recommend anyone to go with Pepercornhill and Dennis Family land developers. They say everything for their marketing purpose only and they have no guarantee on anything what they say.

Really bad experience with peppercorn hill state, we had wasted all our day to make colour selection. Now this state changing colours according to them, saying they can't let you go with this colour, they are almost change all colour to our facade, then what's the point for us choosing colour, very unhappy, if there is any less than one star, go with that,
Only regret can't do anything at this stage, please choose state

Basic amenities such as telephone reception is non-existent in this estate. There is literally no reception outside your home. No uber deliveries or food delivery companies deliver to this estate.

We were among the first families to move to Peppercorn Hill, and over the past year, I've witnessed several aspects worth noting. If you're someone who loves walking and exercising, it's important to mention that currently, there are no proper facilities for that, and you have to walk on the streets. The roads here are considerably narrower compared to nearby estates, which can be quite inconvenient. It seems like the developer could have done a much better job, but it appears they were too focused on selling a few extra blocks, driven by commercial greed!

One major downside is the lack of a nearby supermarket, which can be quite inconvenient for residents. Additionally, the mobile phone reception in this area is very poor, which can be quite frustrating. The developer's compliance requirements are strict, causing headaches for builders. Moreover, the internet connection is not provided through the NBN but rather by another regional provider, resulting in higher costs compared to mainstream providers.

Unfortunately, there is no nearby gym or recreational ground, which may disappoint residents looking for such amenities. On a positive note, my experience with the sales team and office staff has been positive. I found them to be helpful and accommodating.

I would advise not to go with them, website convinces customers but they really don't care for families or values or whatsoever they have mentioned on their website. The manager has proved that to us by mentally harassing us and torturing us to make payments or she will cancel the deal. She was really good but looks like she got a new buyer offering her more money which could be the reason. She asked us to sign the contract right away without any written communication which is illegal. On asking about her manager she refused and said she is herself the manager. There are many other new projects, but this one is not safe due to bad sales practices. Wish there was negative marking, but this 1 star goes to the sales lady at their office. Congratulations, your sales office is in good hands!

Last year sales lady kicked me out, saying we are sold out , it happened multiple times. She was so rude.
They were sending an email for land release , after office hours, and asking if you have an appointment booked in case you straightaway go to their land office🙄. I felt so miserable, and couldn't believe it's happening in this country.

I strongly agree with other reviews , Dennis Corp is worst in terms of design guidelines. There is continuous resistance to accept the design matching their own said rules in the document word by word. They don't thereselves know what they want.
You start thinking you requested for a simple Aussie house like other estates not a parliament🙆
They are least interested in replying first of all , and come up with something or the other, where you have start over again.
On the other hand, I heard from my friends they are going really easy with olivine in terms of land titles , design panel

Unfortunately Peppercorn Hill are not listening to their customers, contracts are binding and complicated, which is why their sales staff need to be abundantly clear and not muddy the waters. Also their design guidelines and process is worse, trying to get a defined answer to a question was like getting blood out of a stone. It took 3 weeks of emails back and forth for an issue of colours and they wouldn't give us an answer and knew we were on a timeline. The only positive that I have is that the people buying houses here have been great and fortunately we won't have to deal with the Dennis Family for much longer.
