Great bushwalk with plenty of parking, has a toilet and picnic tables as well. Lovely place to get in touch with nature as it is not too busy and the trails around the river go right up into the bushes. Fun time.

Lovely peaceful walk to blue tongue bend. Saw a king parrot, cockatoos, rosellas, lorikeets, fairy wrens and even a wombat just standing in the middle of the path. Undulating path that stays close to the river. Also saw a big red fox across the river.

Fantastic place for a hike along the Yarra River. Upstream is easier going while the downstream hiking track is a bit more challenging in some sections.

If your a trail runner or just a day visitor, this reserve, along the upper Yarra, is well worth a visit. I did all the trails in the area in one go and the highlight were the trails in Jumping Creek Reserve. Well done to Parks Victoria for their stewardship.

Love this place for its beauty, Birrarung river, carnivorous plants, mosses, late spring flowers, and especially the birdlife

The upstream walk is one of my favourite walks in the area. Highly recommended, gorgeous in early morning fog too!

A wonderful chilled park, with plenty of access to the river, firewood BBQs, and picnic tables. There is a beautiful bush walk along the river that requires some ability as there are some rocky bits - nothing to major though, but don't expect a nice flat walk all the way. This spot is a real hidden gem. Was here in the late Autumn and it was not busy - will have to visit it again in the summer which might be a different story though.

Great place for a walk alongside the Yarra. Beautiful native bush with tracks that are often pretty quiet during week days. Worth doing the walk to Black Flat and back.

A great place for families or a couple for a picnic lunch, plenty of picnic tables and an open wood fire bbq to cook on. If you want to experience peace and serenity this is your place. No playground other than a nature playground to kick a ball .
