What a wonderful shop! Cherie was amazing answering my emails and going above and beyond for me. I enjoyed our chat on the phone too. Highly professional and taking time despite having busy days to send me photos of my Bear. Shipping was superfast to New Zealand and the packaging was done with much care and love. This Bear was a treat and the experience getting him was as warm and fuzzy as the Bear himself. Will purchase again in the future. A shop you can absolutely trust! 5 Stars from me.. Sybella has been terrific and so friendly to deal with, she’s gone to great length to cater for my request and really made me feel very comfortable to deal with such a trusting business. It’s hard to find an online shop with such quality these days. I’m very happy with the package and the after service I received. I just came home from 'The Teddy Bear Shop' with my grand daughter and we just had the most delightful day. We went in to buy 3 Steiff Teddies for our newborns and ended up buying 8 for everyone. The mother and daughter team were absolutely wonderful to deal with and ever so helpful. We deffinitely recommend this shopping experience.

This teddy bear shop is run my a mother and daughter who have a beary special way of running it. A lot of love and care goes into it which gives it such a unique touch. They have lots of brands and lots to choose from in all shapes and sizes! All well priced. Will be back and can highly recommend!

I was looking for a teddy bear to cheer up one of my friends who has been going through a rough time, but couldn’t find anything cute at a reasonable price. So glad we made a trip to this beautiful shop. So many choices and the price is right! I couldn’t help myself bringing a cute puppy home 😍

The best customer service I've ever come across. Went above and beyond (and put up with me, which is no mean feat when I'm stressed). Whilst the outcome wasn't quite what I'd hoped, it wasn't because they didn't try, it was simply a supply chain issue, and they still made sure that I was able to get a wonderful bear in time for the holidays. 1q0% recommend.
