This little cafe is just a total surprise, loved our lunches, great service from the lovely gentleman behind the counter, good old fashioned country service. Loved it, we'll be back.

That was one the best coffees I've had in a while. I also had the big breakfast and that was more than worth it. Do stop in for brekkie if passing through.

Beautiful local spot on my way home to Emerald. Reasonable prices, good service and the ladybug gardens were a cute bonus. Will stop here again.

I've been visiting here for a couple of years now and one thing hasn't changed, great food with decent sized serves at good prices. The owners are friendly and always good for a chat and willing to share their knowledge

Good opportunity for lunch. Tasty toasties and Burgers! We ordered a piccolo and even though the lady serving us didn’t know what a piccolo was, she asked us to describe it to her and made it for us. The coffee was very good too :)

Great little stop along the way. The coffee was good, and the burger was great.! Nice friendly service, relaxed without the doileys and stuff.! Home cooked, seemingly with a bit of love and effort, not the churned out chop you'll get elsewhere.

Lovely little cafe, lady behind the counter was friendly and chatty which was nice. Stopped through on a trip from Yeppoon going back home and didn't disappoint in the size of the meal and service. Our table had the trawler burger (fish), pink burger (pulled pork/bacon) and mini pizza, all with chips, and was delicious. Drinks had were also nice, flat white coffee was praised by us. It's a good spot to unwind a bit before continuing with a trip, whether it be for breakfast or lunch!

Spent weekend in Taroom with another 90 people and this wonderful cafe was only one in town that was open. This is a gem find and a must do when in Taroom. Great coffee, milkshake, smoothies and best food.
Excellent food at a very reasonable price.

I once worked here when it was a Highway Snack Bar/ take-away, it's now changed to a family cafe. We just stopped in for a coffee and sandwich while enjoying views of my old stomping ground. Good memories.

Good stop on a long trip. I had a tasty burger and fries, but there are other options. Other half enjoyed a carrot cake and frappe. A good coffee too. Worth the stop.

I have breakfast and coffee each week I am in taroom. Amazing customer service,very friendly each time.absolutely amazing coffee and meals.

What an absolute cracker of a café, the barista at this place is a wizard as the coffees served here are magic.
The friendly service here is second to none, and the food is amazing, hats off to the cooks!
This place is worth going out of your way for even if you’re not going through Taroom.
Wish I could give 10 stars.

Good burger. GF bread available for the burger which can’t be said for most rural stops. Nice smoothie also.

Delicious food!! Highly recommend. Massive burgers and tasty drinks. Will be back next time we pass through the area.

Best in Taroom after long drive great burger friendly happy staff and owners living what they do. Was great for a break for lunch.

I'm always on the lookout for places to get a coffee and go. This one is on my list for future travels along the Leichhardt highway. Good place to eat in as well.
