They have set the bar high.
From the initial phone call, to the in-store purchases, Aliza blew us away with her bubbly and helpful nature.
Dale also assisted in store and was very helpful and attentive.
Joyce Mayne is very lucky to have them.
I can’t recommend enough to go in and experience the wonderful service and range.
They also obliterated other stores pricing with the offers they had on.

Joyce Mayne has become my go to place for all my electronic needs. They've helped me out a few times in the last 6 months with this and that and now thanks to Bill I've found the perfect replacement for my aging phone. He really knows his stuff. Getting in and out is hassle free too compared to some other stores around town

We bought a range of goods from Joyce Mayne Toowoomba recently. TV, FridgeFreezer, stick Vaccum, washing machine, Dryer.
Customer service, willingness to help and Product Knowledge in all the departments we dealt with was 5***** excellent. Fridge Freezer was inexplicably delayed by nearly 2 Months. What did Aaron the Manager do? He approved a loaner fridge! Absolutely above and beyond.
Cannot recommend this Store enough. We really appreciated all their assistance, advice, product knowledge and overall customer service. A memorable buying experience. Thank You Joyce Mayne Toowoomba.

Many staff were available. We were chasing an item out of the ordinary, but wasn't sure what it was called. The staff member that attended us had only been there a couple of weeks, but knew exactly what we were chasing. He was very helpful with the product, and was able to agree to a price we were both happy with. Love the expansion. Better range and variety now.

I cannot believe the service I have received from the Toowoomba store after years of being abused by previous staff members I decided to give it one more try. And I was treated like a valued customer from start to finish
Tony took my call firstly and said he had printed out my invoices and would speak to his manager in the morning
And yes Tim rang 9.30am Saturday morning.
He explained he would speak to Fisher and Paykel and get back to me on Monday
I must admit I was very pessimistic about getting any result BUT shock horror on Monday morning first up Kylie rang with good news that Fisher and Paykel would repair my fridge as a good will favour
This all happened last Monday and I am still on cloud nine
The NEW MANAGEMENT in the Toowoomba store are all for the old customer service YAHOO not just about the dollar

Took my elderly family members to buy new phones ,the female sales lady was fantastic.
Her patience and assistance was excellent.It was on the 13th august, and just wanted to thank her,
for her professionalism with elderly customers.

Excellent service from Nick in the electronic section. Super helpful over the phone and came back off his break to serve us. Great deal on our new Canon printer. Nice young men in that side and made a change from the terrible service that stopped us shopping there in the past. Won't deal with the homeware section will shop elsewhere but glad to see such an improvement in the other side.

Camped here couple nights. Only one there. The smell of the pines and showering out in the open darkness was uplifting and just felt right.

Josh at Joyce Mayne went out of his way to assist me to get my new phone on track as I was struggling to understand how to transfer my old numbers over. Thanks for going the extra mile on a quiet day Josh. Greatly appreciated. I will be back.
