Highly recommend participating in a retreat with Nurture Yoga and Meditation. Just enjoyed a beautiful Winter Solstice retreat and it was nourishing and inspired. I learned so much, tried new yoga practices and enjoyed a special fireside moment for solstice. Set on a stunning property, in a beautiful and thoughtfully built studio and facilitated by the beautiful and very well educated Helen. Thank you for sharing your practice with me. Can’t wait to visit Young for the next retreat.

My partner and I recently did a Mindful Birth Workshop with Helen from Nurture Yoga & Meditation. It was a big day filled with laughter and lots of great resources and info about mindfulness birthing and informed consent and choice. I can’t recommend it enough for first time parents and people thinking about having kids! My partner learned a lot of skills and ways to be helpful during labour! Best day and it is only an 1hr45 from Canberra! Highly recommend!
