They are being COVIDSafe for example one door only for entry and the other door for existing they wore also numbering in and numbering you out all the walk-in’s witch I thought was a great idea. That way you know 100% where going to be COVID-safe and Distanced was being applied. Great staff everyone was so friendly and willing to help if you could find something the staff would walk you over where the merchandise is that You wanted to purchase I found that personally absolutely fantastic customer service I definitely recommend and definitely will shop there again not to mention the unbelievable prices

Great place to shop

Good sized store for a town this size. Have bought numerous lego sets, bike gear, stationary items, confectionary, books, clothes, tech, garden supplies, kitchenware and other gifts there. Friendly, helpful staff. Never had a problem returning items or buying on layby. Always a good number of people there without being crowded.

All displays well set out large variety to choose from including clothes,shoes,household bits and pieces, cushions and diners etc. Staff were pleasant and helpful.Yes would shop there again

Plenty of parking available wheelchair access, all the stock you would expect and staff that will go that extra mile to help if they can.

The staff always greet you at the door with a smile and quick chat. They have a good range of animal food that my birds cats and dogs enjoy.

Great staff, especially the manager Cassandra, who kept very important orders for me while I had to drive for few hours in order to get to the store. Very much appreciate this!

Old school layout, but a great selection of in home items and clothing. Plant section is a bit scarce, but its rare to find a plant section in BigW any more.

Yet another great visit, and, TOY MANIA, suddenly I was thrust back into childhood, yet I wasn't actually looking for toys for myself, but my nephew could certainly have a whole bedroom FULL of fun things, if only lady luck were to shine her light upon this guy ^^^^^^^ 😁

I love coming here for the shopping and the way in which I'm treated. The staff are all friendly and efficient and the atmosphere is relaxing making the shopping a pleasure.
