I am really happy that I trusted the previous review on here. It's also time for me to do this job as well. Lina, she's the most friendly barber I ever have met. Not to mention with her skills as a hairdressers for 24 years. I absolutely love how she took her time checking for any mistake on the haircut. I am 100% recommend this to the peoole to go and check this place out if you don't really know how your hair want to be cut especially student. Cheers!

Decent price (20$ for students) and I always get the haircut that I want! I've got my hair cut here at least 7-8 times in a row. The owner is very friendly and quite interesting to have a conversation with. I recommend this place. She's told me that since they've started the South East Light Rail project she's been having fewer clients due to reduced parking places. Please give it a try if you're in the area (no bookings can be made, just walk in)

Lina takes her time to listen to your requests and does not do a hasty job, each of her cuts are both skillful and careful. The $20 rate for students is awesome.

Odessa Hair Salon has a very kind and highly skilled hairdresser. Many students came here for a haircut because it's cheaper than other surrounding hair salon. It is also the closest place from the University of New South Wales. I would definitely recommend this place especially for students who want for a cheap and nice haircut.

So don't let the rustic and old school look trick you, as I've personally always gotten an above and beyond quality haircut to what im expecting, and will always come back.

I've visited Lina every couple of months for over two years. Perfect haircut every time, and she's a wonderful person to chat with. At ~$20 for a simple cut, it's great value too.

Odessa is a good human being, Good customer service, Parking available just behind the building and in front. Not too expensive, discounts for students and pensioners. Will visit again and highly recommended.

I've just had a great haircut and shave from this barber. OK, I haven't got too much hair, but someone has to cut it ! It's a great experience to get a proper shave from a barber, as opposed to the rough job with an electric shaver I do each morning before I dash to work...

Hairstylist has lot of experience and skills for cutting hair. She is updated with current trends and can give nice suggestions about which hairstyle will suit best to you according to face shape.

I have been here twice now and I can honestly say I've had $40-$50 hair cuts that don't come close to what $20 gets you here. A very thorough and excellent hair cut I cannot say enough good things about this place!

I am a Barber shop girl and I prefer the guys cut my hair but I attended for the first time today, and I am particular about my hair as I feel some women just fuss to much but I have to say great job and price was even better. I will return

Very good master, provides excellent classic haircuts for men. Don't be distracted by the old storefront and outdated design. You will be very satisfied with the quality of your haircut.

I said hello, she asked me what i wanted. I was like short on the side long on top. She figured out what cut suited me without anything else. I had a long day at work didn’t wanna talk, she didn’t force the talking on me either, was awesome. Just silence and sniping 👍
