I went to bottle shop yesterday and some dickhhead hit me car and run away. Staffs were so nice and actively providing any help they can. and customers are tryin to help as well. yep, my upset went away and feel true love and care. God bless Straya! I’m feeling good.

I’ve never seen a drive through liquor store in Sydney so this was a pleasant surprise. The staff are helpful and there is one person for walk ins and one person to help drive thru customers. Due to the size of the store selection is a little limited eg you’ll find maybe 4 bourbons not 20 different types. Prices on spirits and beers seem a bit expensive (by a few dollars) but then again the rent for that location must be astronomical.

Walked in at 6:45pm checked in wearing a mask and bought some beer. Walked back at 8:20pm and bought some more beer and was asked if I had checked in. I answered yes. ‘CAM’ serving me didn’t believe me, so I showed him my previous purchase electronically. Then proceeded to abuse me cause he wanted me to check in again… If I had covid at 10am before the first purchase I’d have it again post original purchase… I was harassed to the point of feeling uncomfortable. Thanks guys nice to see your staff are under trained and have exceptionally terrible social skills 👍🏼
