Service provided to us was professional and very accomodating. I appreciate that we left rego safety check until last minute and the team was able to resolve some small issues that prevented us from being cleared immediately. They organised replacement clock spring and I was able to pick up again within 24hrs even though I was prepared to be without a car if it came to that. The process was smooth and didn't put us out at all. Kris and their mechanics responded with an urgency and great customer care that you don't see everywhere these days. Genuinely thankful for the assistance at short notice. Ps. I also vote your budgies name should be Buddy :)

These guys are fantastic. I’ve been using them for years and have never had a single issue with their service. Chris and Greg are extremely accommodating and know their stuff. The service I get from their business is second to none. I get my car back after each service cleaned and neat. They always ring when something needs fixing with each service. I would highly recommend the great work that they do for my car and my hubbies car. Reasonable prices plus a clean work shop.

Booked my car in for a rego inspection. Found this business friendly, professional and efficient. The receptionist was helpful and the premises clean with a comfortable waiting room. Not that l had to wait for long. As the sign said 'rego checks while you wait'.

Had the best first time experience from the moment my phone call was answered right all the way to picking up my serviced car. Great communication kept me in the loop with what my car needed. Great customer service so lovely and friendly and great value! and to love them even more and was not expecting.. they washed and vacummed my car. They have gained a loyal and happy customer. Rang Wednesday morning and asked when my car could be serviced. Chris said they could squeeze me in that afternoon - how good was that! Picked up my car a few hours later and noticed something different about it. It had been washed and vacuumed! What fantastic service! I had the best experience at Panther Auto when I brought a vehicle in for a PreSale Inspection.
After inspecting, Greg offered honest advice and his valuable opinions that really helped me to feel more confident in making the decision of whether or not to buy.
Chris took their service to the next level when she kindly offered to come with me to look at a second vehicle to better compare. They even inspected the second vehicle at no extra cost! Both Greg and Chris went above and beyond traditional customer service!

Great experience. I called them the day before, they accepted a booking for the following day on short notice. They fixed my problem quickly, were good communicators and charged a fair price. Very happy indeed.

Chris on reception could not have been more helpful. Their suggestion saved me a lot of money. Although I was referred to another trade I would not hesitate to go back for motor vehicle services or any other mechanical issue I had. Sadly it is rare these days to encounter such professional service.

Called for a rego check yep no worries can do it today. Go in friendly service car done straight away no issue. Think I have found new mechanic.
