Used the Catering Dept. For a senior medical lunch meeting at St George Hospital, they were easy to communicate with, had good selection and customisable lunch boxes. Fantastic and was enjoyed. Thank you Catering Dept. !

The Catering Dept was great. I utilised their services for a morning tea at work. Their website makes placing an order simple and easy. The tax invoice is easily accessible through their platform and the catering was delivered slightly ahead of schedule - so smooth, so easy!

We hosted our annual Christmas event, and it was a stand out event! The food was beautiful and the team at The Catering Department were so helpful and accomodating and did everything to ensure we hosted a smooth and successful event. Big shout out to Brendan and the team. You were an absolute pleasure to work with and we can't wait to host an event again with you.

I used the catering dept for my daughters recent 21st. I chose the buffet package and it was absolutely amazing. I chose the Catering Dept by reviews and they did NOT disappoint. The food arrived hot, on time and it was very tasty. It was plentiful . we had plenty of leftovers. some of my guests were the fussiest eaters but they even enjoyed the food. I would use the TCD again for my next function.

Held an event in Sydney and used the catering dept services. Food was delicious and staff were friendly. Really easy company to deal with and I look forward to using them again!

All the staff were extremely accommodating and helpful. They were the only catering service in Sydney who was able to help me out on a days notice. The staff are very friendly and they even made themselves available on the weekend to make changes to my order! Oh... and the food is incredible.

We love ordering from the catering department! The food is delicious and the service is efficient. They always address any issues and attend to our needs. Excellent communication, attention to detail, and the warm meal boxes are great

Lisa and the Catering Dept are absolutely amazing! We used them for a shoot this week and they were so accomodating to all our production needs. From making last minute additions to the menu to having food that catered to multiple dietary requirements. To top all of that off the food was AMAZING! We had some incredible breakfast burritos with fruit and oat bowls for brekkie and some even more amazing Fish Poke (and Tofu) Bowls for Luncheon.

I highly recommend using The Catering Dept for any event or shoots you may have.

Absolutely LOVE the Catering Department.
I use them most of the time for my shoot & production catering, the food is always on time, always delicious and i always get compliments from the crew.
I only wish there were a few more options for lunch

What a great experience dealing with Lisa and the Catering Department. I have previously ordered catering elsewhere for work events and had fiascos with incorrect labelling for dietary requirements. This becomes really stressful when you are ordering 100+ food boxes! Lisa was very responsive leading up to placing my order and before delivery. She put my mind at ease ensuring that all boxes would be labelled correctly. Plus adding additional labelling such as "chicken, beef, vegetarian" to sort the food boxes quickly into sections. She also said she would do her best to have the delivery made by a specific time (as the order was hot food boxes and we were under a tight schedule for the day). The driver was very efficient, on time and helped unload and organise the boxes. Lisa also threw in complimentary bio-cutlery packs for our order. Thanks again Lisa, cannot thank you enough for taking the stress away from my catering order!

The team at The Catering Dept are just seriously awesome. We had a problem with the original caterer (long story) but TCD helped us within 24 hours and delivered us the most delicious, fresh and beautiful looking food we could have ever wished for. I even had 2 chef mates at our wedding and they were blown away by the tastiness and freshness of the food. These guys are the real deal who obviously love what they do and care for their customers. If we could eat their food everyday we would! We highly recommend them.

The Catering Department did our daily meals at Dropbox. The meals were always really delicious, freshly made with top quality ingredients. For special events they did an incredible spread depending on our requirements (I really love the cheese boards).
I also used the Catering Department for at home meals during Covid lockdown. The meals were a good size with lots of variety.
I would recommend them without a doubt!

We were so impressed with everything about this company. The service was so friendly and delivery was next day as promised. They returned my calls promptly to answer my queries. We ordered 2 of the diy pizza kits as a lockdown birthday gift. The varieties available were imaginative and delicious. The dough and toppings were rated as the best they had ever had.
