We are often too happy to post a whinge and then forget to post when the company addresses the issue. We did have a problem ordering 2 replacement locks for existing broken ones. We would call and be told "a person from sales will have to get back to you". No one did. Then when we got the name of a salesman and his email the order still wasn't addressed. Finally we spoke to someone that charged our credit card for the the new locks and a few weeks later still no locks. Finally Corey discovered our case. He admitted there had been a hiccup and could not have done more to solve our problem. He was genuinely apologetic, promised return calls that were made and followed through on all promises.
I like and appreciate a company that knows when there has been an issue, doesn't continue with excuses and gets with solving the problem.
Our locks arrived before Corey promised and they provided us with the wonderful Nick who went over and above to install our new locks and even fixed a completely unrelated issue free of charge.
I really do thank Corey, Nick and his team for following through on his promises to fix the problem.That's the difference between a good company and a bad company.
