Customer service was great, I needed to pick up my prescription and a few other things and was in and out in minutes. Ismeta especially helped me find all the items I needed and lead me to the right sections as I did not know the layout of the store, very happy young girl indeed. Glad to know I was in great hands at this pharmacy. Will definitely be returning here in the future!!

Wow! This customer service was great especially for a local pharmacy, a girl named ismmeta or something along those lines was so helpful , I came in on a Friday which I assumed would be busy and not be able to receive help but she was so attentive to my needs, 10/10 can't complain. Great hiring team guys!!

I’m not a local to this area, but yesterday I dropped in to this pharmacy to get a script filled. As I sat there I observed three wonderful pharmacists not just serving their customers but caring for them as well. These women knew their customers by name, they talked to them, not at them and even though two of the customers were extremely hard of hearing and unwell, they were incredibly respectful. It felt like a real community hub and I wanted to reach out and commend them on a job more than well done.

I went there for COVID jab on the Christmas Eve. The pharmacist was helpful and provided as much information as possible regarding the possible side effects. She put a timer beside my seat to ensure 15 mins passed before letting me leave there. She also answered all of my queries. They really care about your health and are friendly.

Busy day today being a Saturday with many people in store, however the scripts were done on time and staff were attentive and friendly all round. Well done to your team today.

I like this chemist. I find the prices competitive and reasonable, staff are pretty friendly but the old white pharmacist guy at the back is really grumpy and rude. He kept cutting me off and then raised his voice at me and told me “you’re not letting me speak” when he was actually the one not letting me finish my question. He smirked with frustration as if I was the moron, when we wasn’t explaining something correctly. I explained I wasn’t trying to be divisive and was just trying to understand how my script had been lost, he gave me some context and it made more sense. Very rude and bad customer service. Other than him, pretty good service.

This place is far too busy otherwise it's OK. I'd recommend going to Priceline at the other end of the shopping centre if you want prescriptions filled in a timely manner.
