Purchased a home and used Flynns as the conveyance. Lets just say they had no idea what was happening but were very happy to sting me nearly $4000. Most of the work i had to do myself. They have terrible communication and dont let you know how the process is going at all. I had to call multiple times to find out a settlement date etc.. Stay away.
