I need to let people know how wonderfully friendly, professional and respectful I found the team/staff at Albury. I had 3 visits due to a part I thought I required for my ride on and they were all helpful, open and easy to communicate with. It turned out my parts were not necessarily for my machine and the parts i already had so i was refunded without issue. Staff apologised but it wast their fault at all. Im now more informed on my model and I know where they are when I need them in the future. Awesome people. 👏😊

Always like going here. Very helpful staff. Plenty of stock. If the part you need is not on the shelf they will order it and and let you know when it arrives; usually only a few days.

I had my ride on mower serviced. Their service manager was excellent. When I dropped it off he took notes on all the problems I was having. And they addressed everything I had mentioned and fixed everything and when I picked it up he explained everything on the list. All fixed and ready to use.
