Coles Sanctuary Lakes

I just had a great experience at Coles Sanctuary Lakes. It was Friday around 4pm and I was looking for an item that wasn't on the shelves and I asked a person packing the shelves. His name is Thomas. He verified there was available stock and then went searching in the storeroom for it. On returning he handed me the item. Thomas smiled the entire time and displayed old fashioned courtesy. I had mistakenly thought those days were over. Thank you so much Thomas at Coles Sanctuary Lakes, you've won a customer.

Great shop. Just a thought. I was there on the weekend and an elderly shorter person needed assistance to the heart friendly butter. It was on the top shelf. Please consider putting it on the middle shelf.

Another Great Coles store. Shopped there since it opened. Light Bright n Breezy

Recommended but this place is most of the time busy and sometimes you will find empty selves.

Not the biggest Coles I have been into but still plenty of variety.

Quite well appointed bit crowded on weekends, runs out of stock on some weekdays and Sundays for dairy, eggs and juice, ample parking in the mall and quick checkouts

Really appreciative to the service provided yesterday. We have a newborn and was running really low on our last tin of formula, and no toilet paper left for our house or my parents. I am unable to drive due to a medical condition so getting to the shops is quite difficult. Leanne served my husband and was so helpful she was able to obtain formula and toilet paper for us. So great to be in a community with compassionate people.

The store was clean and tidy. Shelves were reasonably well stocked. Good service. Pleasant staff. Plenty parking available.

Always good. Very helpful. Asked for a veg that wasn't on the shelf & the staff member checked. Unlike other stores. Staff always friendly. Even during testing times.

This would have to be my favourite Coles store. Its a bit smaller than others but is well laid out with a good range. There's always two or three registers open so you are not forced into self service with a trolley load of goods. Staff are polite, and their are always plenty of trolleys and very baskets available.

Again I'm Shopping local. Staff are generally helpful and polite, range of products are good but in saying that the shelves are stocked a 70/30 ratio of Coles Brand Items. Obviously shopping Coles brand is cheaper but not always the same or close to it in flavour. I still find Coles Cheaper than Woolworths.

Janine at the service centre was very polite and professional when I dealt with an issue tonight. Thank you Janine you made my night.

Brilliant service at Coles love to shop there I pick my own shopping and scan it myself.

Check the bread is fresh before grabbing from coles. Or u can get from a decent range of bakeries. I prefer this place for food more than Stocklands no shade on stocklands just personal preference.

Great place to buy your every day groceries. Close to all the other shops. Very clean and chesp. The staff are experience snd know their products.
