Attended the V.I.P. night earlier this evening and even though it was busy there were plenty of staff members assisting. I would especially like to thank Logan who assisted me with all my queries and gave me the winning raffle ticket for the last prize of the evening. I felt like crying. It was a great surprise. I also want to thank the other staff members who assisted me. I did get their names but I accidentally deleted them when editing my earlier review. Thank you, it was a fun evening. 🙂

My go-to local pharmacy for all my pharmaceutical needs. Their wide range of products, competitive prices, and knowledgeable staff make every visit a satisfying experience. I've had numerous positive interactions with the pharmacists who take the time to explain medications and provide valuable advice!

The customer service is A+—friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. I can't recall the name of the person who helped me out but she went the extra mile and really made sure I was taken care of. Definitely my go-to.

I went to Chemist Warehouse Tarneit last Wednesday and the staff couldn’t be more helpful.
I find it strange seeing all these bad reviews for the Pharmacist as I asked him for help and he was able to get me what I needed and provided suggestions as well. The store was also tidy and stocked up… Usually at other Chemist Warehouses, there are boxes everywhere while they are stocking up but this one was particularly neat and I could tell they made sure things were not lying around in case of it being a hazard.

The staff at this store are always friendly and helpful. I’d never be able to work here after seeing the way they are treated by customers!

Leanne is a wealth of knowledge when it comes to baby products and is always offering great customer service.

Went in to get some extra masks, staff was professional and friendly. Had my temp checked, hand sanitiser too. So good to know that this chemist is taking COVID-19 precautions seriously unlike other places. Lots of disinfectant sanitiser here. Pharmacist was quick. Good experience overall, plus cheap prices

I've been coming here for about many years now, and have never once had a bad experience. Staff and managers are always friendly and helpful, alongside the store making many items readily available.

The review about staff member Jannah being rude is completely false and untrue. This is a personal attack on a staff member (who also happens to still be a teenager, so pick on someone your own age).

Jannah has a wonderful sense of humour and was talking to the customer in jest, as the customer found the product they were looking for.

Instead of you clarifying what you falsely overhead by asking Jannah directly, you go to Google and write an untrue review. Jannah has always offered me wonderful service, and goes above and beyond.

This has been reported to Google as being untrue. You must live a very sad life to have to resort to this type of personal attack.

Love Chemist Warehouse Tarneit Gardens. Staff are always super friendly and helpful. I love that I can trust my Pharmacist knowing she will always give good advice and if it is something that she doesnt know about or cant help with, she will always recommend that I see my doctor. I would never go anywhere else.. Great Service..

I m really happy and grateful for the service I received today from 2 nice ladies I met in Tarneit Gardens chemist warehouse. I went there to get an antibiotic for my son which was out of stock...I went to 2 other pharmacies before I go in there.. the staff at the counter checked other chemist pharmacy branches n said there is no supply of a particular medication whole of Australia. I was so disappointed n walked to the car park.. then they came after me to the car park n brought me inside, they called my dr and asked for another alternative and within a few mts I got that alternative medication which is not done by 2 other pharmacies which I visited earlier.. thanks

I typically don’t leave reviews but the customer service I experienced here was AMAZING. It truly made my day, so thank you! The lady pharmacist (I think her name was Lois) was so helpful with my questions. I was also feeling a bit anxious about going to the pharmacy during these times but this location seems to follow the safety protocols extremely well! Thanks again to the amazing lady who helped me answer all my questions.
