Amazing, would recommend their service to anyone. A big thank you to Chelsea for all she has helped my son with. He has complex needs and severe language delay, and he used to just cry every speech session. He loves Chelsea and finds speech therapy fun. Chelsea is very skilled and professional and has new strategies all the time to help André with his speech.

I also think Belinda from sandringham reception is absolutely lovely and she is very caring. Both Belinda and Chelsea held Andres spot for over six months when he became critically unwell. It’s not just a business, they care about their clients.

Three years ago I walked in off the Street at Ramsgate Beach desperate for some help regarding my daughters reading I saw the sign and asked Erin who happened to be at reception for help broke down from the school excuses I could tell she was in trouble .

Not only was my girl behind three years in learning was in a large class one stream school that told me they couldn’t offer support as she had no diagnosis.

With your guidance Erin we tested and found out she was missing the foundations of literacy language large class size more behaviour kids in class my girl very shy quiet girl sat in the back row waiting patiently for teacher each day .
Nothing, until we met you .

You tested her always we worked together two days per week we went to the school twice per week working with my girl you teaching me as we had a lot to catch up on .

She moved and learned so much with you so quickly in a year it was amazing teacher couldn’t believe it.
Three years later new school plus lock downs not only is she articulate well spoken reads her age group and above in successfully completing her year group and extension work in reading writing all literacy . Her confidence her passion for English books her ambition is all thanks to you Erin and team .❤

The learning support teacher at old school told me she will get it one day don’t worry I’m so glad I went with my gut as I couldn’t catch her up on my own ever .
But I know now if it wasn’t for her English foundation work with you and your team she would never have got it and had such success.

Her literacy levels are marked across the state not just a school . We still use your services to help my girl reach the highest stars now from the bottom .
Her handwriting only took short time to improve writes better than me hyper mobility in the fingers who ever knew that it wasn’t the lack of trying but tricky for her. You all helped her master that she writes like an adult at 8.

My daughter has been seeing Chelsea for almost 2 years now and has made a lot of improvements. I would recommend Chelsea as she is very caring and good with kids. We were able to get an NDIS plan approved following her advice. Great service!

Great place

Unfortunately this business like the others on the shopping strip has been ruined by the fish & chips shop that has recently opened. Ever time you try and enter there are agressive individuals outside this shop sitting on tables and chairs eating greasy fish and chips blocking access. Feel sorry for children to be subjected to this. Even though not causing this they allow this rogue business to operate in front of their business.

Not very customer centric and they take their customers for granted.
