If I could give 10 stars I would. I had horrendous plantar fasciitis in my right foot and was unable to walk without pain. I sought out a different treatment and had the shock wave treatment on my heel. Following Adams treatment plan and at home exercises, my foot is feeling so fantastic and there’s no pain at all when I wake or even exercise. I wholeheartedly suggest anyone who has dealt with this long term to call and see Adam as he’s significantly improved my quality of life.

I was suffering achilles tendon pain for almost 1 year, and was limping and unable to run or even walk. After seeing Adam and receiving some shockwave therapy my achilles is now almost totally pain free and I can now walk again without limping, and even started running again. Thank you Adam!

I first met Adam since late 2018 from a friend's recommendation.

I needed to have my current orthotics at that point checked the same time I was having major foot/ankle pain from sporting activities.
Little did I know I had what turned out to be a major issue that needed surgery.
With all the help from Adam, he explained in great detail what had happened. From that we were able to implement particular strategies to ease pain/minimise any further damage & what actions needed to be taken from there on.

I went into see Adam with a very sore and infected ingrown toenail. He was able to treat me expertly and remove the very painful shard of nail that was causing me so many problems. It settled down over the next week and in my follow up appointment, he helped remove the final remnants of the problem nail and cleaned it right up. At all times he is friendly, caring and professional. Thanks again Adam you really helped me out!

Adam is fantastic with kids and adults. He helped me with my shin splints by providing me with exercises and new orthotics. My son also needed orthotics, he was patient, caring and understanding to all my sons questions.
