Purchased a tie clip from Military Shop on Thursday hoping it would get to Brisbane before the next Thursday so my Dad could wear it on Anzac day for the Dawn Service, it came Tuesday so YAY, two very happy people (one being dad as he has been searching for awhile). I had to order some court mounted miniature medals for an event in the U.K. The estimated time for delivery was quite tight with the event date, leaving about a day or two, but I received the medals with 3 weeks still to go until the event, and they are superb. The shipping costs were pretty decent too and they didn’t get held up in UK customs which can often happen. Very pleased and would buy from again.

I shopped at the Military Shop to get a few small items as a gift pack for an ex-RAAF friend. I also got an Aust flag patch for myself for use when travelling. I found lots of options and the staff were very helpful. Recommended for serving and ex-service shoppers.

Had a communication issue, on my side, which was rectified by Karen with one phone call.
If the products I ordered are as good as the customer relations (which I know they are from past experience) I'll be happy as the proverbial "pig in mud".

Had Military Shop make a new riband bar however the plastic coating had a slight crease in it. Could have been damaged in the mail however when I sent a pic to the company they offered to either send money back or make a new one. I took the option of another.
It arrived in the mail in prompt time and perfect condition.

Let me start by saying I am an employee of this business and have been for over 7 years. Yesterday when the announcement came that the ACT was to go into lockdown, the Boss of this family owned business, employing nearly 30 people locally, was firstly focussed on one thing...the safety and welfare of his staff. Once things were put in place along those lines of course he turned his mind to what and how we continue to operate during this difficult time as well. I am posting this review as I felt compelled to just state for the record how rewarding it is to be in such a work environment and how much we all enjoy servicing the clients we do. We look forward to getting back to work asap.
