Budget Car & Truck Rental Frankston

We have rented a truck from Andy at Budget on numerous occasions and are so impressed with his friendly and prompt customer service. On one occasion one of the lifts on the truck stopped working and Andy was quick to get us a replacement truck which avoided any delays in our move - a perfect example of true customer service. We will never hesitate to hire from Andy and the team at budget in the future and recommend them to anyone needing a car or truck hire

Came in recently for a rental and was met by Andy. What can I say! He went above and beyond explaining the important details (without trying to "sweep them under the rug like some companies might try!). Took the time to ensure the vehicle was suitable for what we needed, and was very personable, it felt more like borrowing a car off a mate, than a company. Well done Andy mate, we will be back soon!

I don't usually bother with reviews but Andy was so helpful and made sure we were taken care of. It was a much better experience than hires in the past at other companies. Highly recommended!

I hired a van to move furniture interstate, very well organised by Chantal. She calculated the size of vehicle i needed and provided accurate measurments of the internal cargo space so i could ensure all my items fit and could be transported safely. The vehicle was also very modern, clean, comfortable and had a lot of safety features which made long drives easier and safer.

Awesome staff, vehicles are always clean and ready to go. The friendly bloke with the salt and pepper hair and beard who sits at the front is always a pleasure to deal with Andy is his name I believe

I rang so frantic, & stressed with what I had ahead of me but Andy was so calming and a delight to talk to on the phone. Before I knew it, a shocking dad joke later, and I had a smile on my face. You're a gem. Thank you again for making this stressful experience a breeze. A+++

Special thanks to Peter and Andy for a pleasant straight forward out and in service and going the extra mile to give a 3 minute lift, which was huge due luggage.

Rented truck on Sunday (as opposed to Friday and Saturday) and saved big bucks. Booked direct on the phone. Great service. Could do with a SMS or email confirmation of booking.
