10/10 customer service from staff member Jamie. I bought my 1st BBQ ever, a natural gas Ziggy Elite Twin burner. Jamie was super patient and very thorough in her explanation, helping me choose the right BBQ. Have used it 7 times at the time of writing and loving it. The cleanup on this model was a selling point as its fairly easy with hot soapy water. Buying the optional flat plate is a must. Good range of products but very friendly, patient and knowledgeable staff. Because of the initial customer experience I had, I have returned several times and also bought a bunch of accessories and an outdoor lounge and table setting. Well done Jamie and team. Happy to recommend BBQs Galore Frankston and I will shop there again (if nothing else, the range of BBQ rubs and sauces are great!)

Today I went to BBQs Galore Frankston. I was immediately greeted by Luke upon entry, with offers of assistance. He went beyond my expectations with guidance and some spare parts for my Ziggy BBQ. As it turned out, I had to call the store for further help and was greeted by Jamie. Her product knowledge and guidance was exceptional and she went on to fast track a warranty claim on my behalf. It was an absolute pleasure dealing with these staff members.

Great experience dealing with Jamey at bbq's galore, Frankston. She is very knowledgeable about their products, with a no fuss attitude. I like that. And they gave me a loan bbq whilst waiting for mine to be built and delivered from SA. Although I didn't have to use it in the end, but still, they leant me one. That was great, going above and beyond for customer needs.

Great service at the store, I went in the day after Easter and they were sold out of the BBQ I wanted on the special but they took me through the model explaining the pros on cons, looked up a near by store with stock, rang and had it on hold for me.

So, we're one of the many campers trying to decide between a Weber and a Ziggy (if you know, you know), and we wanted to just have a look and feel of the Ziggy, before making a decision.
We walked in at 4:55, 5 minutes before closing, and the bloke was absolutely fantastic. Took us through the features and benefits, the add ons and the differences between it and the Weber.
He spent plenty of time with us, until well pay closing time. If there was stock in the network, we would have bought one there and then.
