So happy I ended up going to these guys as the customer support was top notch! I had been chasing down an older model angle grinder bolt for about 6 weeks and had gone to many other stores which couldn’t help me. I shared my situation with Rob over the phone, he said to come in, so I did, manager rob came out to assist and ordered me the right part immediately. All the guys at this store are super knowledgeable and willing to help!

Exceptional customer service and efficient, big thumbs up!!! Jacob was extremely helpful, great product knowledge and knew exactly what I was chasing unlike those guys at Sydney tools down the road!!! Bought some air compressor fittings which was in stock and at the same time ordered some parts for a magnetic drill. To my surprise, they arrived within 2 days!!!! Will be coming here from now on!!!
